Honey Hole Reeds Artificial Fish Habitat

Very natural looking and easy to deploy in pond.
This is out of a very flexible natural green material that allows you to create either big wide open plants in the water, or adjust to smaller closed up versions. We are renovating an in-ground pool into a pond, and it is currently in a nice 'greenish yuck' state. The Honeyhole Grass just arrived and hubby and I had a blast bending these into various small or larger tufts then tossing them into the pond. Now we can wait and see if they do garnish the greenish slime and debris needed to harbor the baby mosquito fish on their way. The plants are quite big in length, easily 3 and a half feet tall, and when bent into the preferred positions, some have a nice big diameter of 4 feet around. They do look very natural and the stems float gently in the pool with a very natural wave that is sure to be a big fish attractant. We are buying another set to make it even more densely populated so the fish will feel even more protected. In the future we will be adding Tilapia and catfish, so we want to provide plenty of hiding spots for the little guys so they won't be gulped up in one day :) We will add some live floating lily pads, live bottom plants, and mix and match until it's a nice thick nest of hiding spots for both the small fry, snails, and frogs. It looks to be sizing up nicely so far!

Work good for my pond.
Put some out in my pond and within a couple months they had good algae growth on them & even saw a ball of bass fry hanging out over top of one.

No the quality control.
Bought 6 total. Not what you’d expect for $220. Would work for now, but would not last a year in deteriorating elements. I should not have to pay for someone to fix poor workmanship.

Great product! I had to add an additional brick to keep them from floating up.
