I love the fact that this syrup has in its ingredients antihistamine. I am extremely allergic, seasonally. These allergies usually turn to colds, and many times coughs. Upon taking this syrup, i felt relief of my runny nose, itchy eyes, coughing, and headache. This relief was experienced within an hour post taking it. It last for about 5 hours or so hours... and i took it a few times, and i was getting better after a day or so. I love this combination. I only disliked the taste of the syrup; the taste needs work in my opinion.Overall, excellent, and i definitely recommend it. Thank you.

I've used cold and flu syrups many times, not just for colds but for very bad allergy attacks that get my sinuses going to much that I can't sleep. This is billed as being similar to Nyquil's Cold & Flu syrup, and I have to say, that's correct. It's a little thinner maybe, but otherwise it works just as well.When I run out and need to buy some more, I'll happily get this or Nyquil -- whichever is less expensive at the time of purchase. That's how similar they are -- the only real differentiation for me is the price (and this syrup's price is pretty good).

I had a head cold and used this for getting some sleep at night. It worked great - fell asleep in less than 15 minutes and felt better the next morning.It does not taste very good, but I found that it tasted no different than the cherry-flavored NyQuil version (or other generic NyQuil versions.)In fact, this medication has the exact same ingredients (and strength) as NyQuil. If you want the same medicine but at a cheaper cost, this will work for you.I received this bottle in September 2018 and it had an expiration date of November 2019.

Why can't manufacturers make this kind of product WITHOUT artificial colors and sweeteners, chemical solvents (propylene glycol), carcinogens, etc.Sorry to be on a soap box. I like that it's made in the USA, but doubt I will use it based on the ingredients. :(

This nighttime cold and flu remedy is on a par with the brand nams. It provides powerful relief and much needed sleep. It has the same cherry flavor but you don't take this because it tastes good. You take it because it helps relieves sysmptoms of colds and flu. A medicine cabinet must hae.

Flu season is upon us and I need all the cold and flu medicine I can get. I like a night-time flu and cold medicine that helps me sleep. I don’t mind taking a liquid as long as it doesn’t taste too bad. The Amazon Nighttime Cold & Flu Cherry Liquid tastes rather good.

It's hard to judge medicine for adults, but this does seem to work just as well as other brands. Tastes fine, easy to use, clear directions. Very happy with this lower-cost brand.

This is a huge bottle, excellent to keep on hand for pesky colds that pop up out of nowhere. It is very much like Nyquil and the cherry flavor doesn't taste too terrible.
