Strata Golf Ladies Strata Plus 14 Piece Complete Set W/Bag

Got this as a gift for my girlfriend’s Christmas present and she loved it. It comes with everything a new golfer needs. The build quality is good comes with a driver, putter, sand wedge, pitching wedge and irons from 6 through 9. She loved the blue teal color it came with. And she loves the way all the clubs feel when she hits. If you are looking to get your girlfriend, wife, sister, or daughter a club this is the perfect starting set. Coming from me who has played golf a while this is an amazing set! They look amazing and sound amazing. This is a good starting set without breaking the bank and not sacrificing quality of the clubs.

-Overall Review: I bought the 14-piece set (teal) and I really like it! If you want a complete set and are genuinely interested in learning the game and getting better, I'd recommend the 14- or 16-piece sets but not the 11-piece. -Personal Background for Context: Mid-20s, female, 5'7, ~155lbs (clubs seem to be a good fit for my body btw). I had absolutely zero golf experience before I bought these clubs, but I've been wanting to learn for work reasons. I went golfing once or twice using rental clubs to see if I liked it. I did, so I went to a Dick's Sporting Goods and tried out their different club sets (most Dick's have golf simulators for you to try clubs). Then ordered the one I liked on Amazon. Although I had no golf experience, swinging the club comes very naturally to me because I played ice hockey and field hockey for 20+ yrs. -Pros: Honestly, I don't know exactly what to pay attention to but I think these clubs are pretty good! First of all, they are SO lightweight. I normally walk the course but am still surprised every single time by how lightweight my bag feels. I live where it's pretty cold so most of my golfing has been in ~45 degree weather. This bag has one pretty deep pocket on the back that I use to hold all my balls, tees, glove, etc. and then one very large pocket that runs the length of the entire bag. (There are other pockets, but I don't use them.) I stuff that long pocket with jackets and extra layers. Even so, the bag is still super lightweight! Second, the clubs never reverberate up my hands and sting when it's cold out either. Third, the driver has a pretty good sweet spot! I'm not very consistent yet because I'm just learning so I typically hit my driver anywhere between 180-210 yards. 8-iron around 115 yds. 6-iron around 150 yds. I would say I'm naturally very athletic but I still feel like those are some pretty good numbers for someone who is just learning and I would largely credit the clubs because I'm not even swinging as hard as I possibly can. Fourth, given how well my clubs have performed and the fact that this set comes with enough clubs for me to play a full course, I think this is a great package for the price. Finally, the set looks nice and I like that it's a stand bag because I walk. -Cons: I'm much better at hitting the 5 wood and 5 hybrid than I am my irons. Although I feel like I certainly have all the clubs I need in my 14-piece set to play a complete game of golf, I do wish I bought the 16-piece so that I could have more woods/hybrids in my bag. As I get better, perhaps I will grow to like my irons more. But it's a big jump to go from a driver to a 5 wood. I definitely think it would be helpful to have a 3 or 4 wood too.

I started taking golf lessons this summer and got so into it that I decided to invest in a set of clubs. These are great for the price, my husband is a golfer and said the quality is pretty good. Some of the wedges feel a bit heavy to me, but what do I know 🤣

Very good set of clubs for the price. Very light to carry

As a beginner golfer this set has been very good. The quality of the clubs is great, especially for the price. They look just as shown in the pictures and feel great in your hands. I got the blue set and love the color. I am 5’ 4” and these clubs fit me great. Overall a really good purchase and would recommend to other beginner golfers.

I’m a new golfer who is trying to get out and learn. A gal pal that I golf with has these clubs so I had used hers a handful of times before picking them up myself. For my skill and use level these are perfect. The club quality seems good to me, nothing fancy but they are great. They arrived In perfect condition and very quickly. These are great because it’s everything you need to get started easily. I’m 5’5” tall and these are great for me to use and have a good weight and flex for what I’m looking for. For the price I’m extremely happy with the purchase and will be using them a lot.

It was time for my wife to get new clubs and these are perfect. She loves them!
