I got mine about 6 weeks ago and the sell by date is November 2020. Hope this answers your query.

Is it still made out of salted caramel??

To the best of my knowledge these little bars are not salted caramel, I loathe salted caramel, and would not buy them if they were. They are just mini dime bars, and are gorgeous, but not salted at all. Hope this helps you 🙂
