Great camera!!!
The media could not be loaded. This is a great camera, I bought it to share Livestreaming of our waterproof drone in action, I hard wired the camera to the internet, app works everytime I open it, wish there was a way I could put a link on my website so customers could click on it go directly to the camera view. Overall the camera is working great, night is very clear, so is app, I bought three more.

Recommend it.
I have serval Dericams and I got this one for the driveway everything is great, BUT it won't stay connected to wi-fi, I even bought a wifi extender to make sure the signal was strong but no luck. It had been 6 months since I bought it, I contact the merchant and explain the problem and they were extremely customer service orientated and are willing to send me another.

Good Security Cam
It works. No problems. App easy to use. Been running about 2 months and no hiccups. Idk if someone in China is checking out my neighborhood too... But wtvr. :)

Don't bother
I purchased this camera in October 2020 and it has already failed. Starting this past Oct/Nov it wouldn't stay connected to Wi-Fi. It was as if it kept getting reset back to factory defaults because 3 times I had to climb up a ladder to connect a network cable to reconfigure the network connection. Starting 2 weeks ago it stopped working altogether. Now I can hear the motor running and constantly trying to move the camera like when you first turn it on but it doesn't actually move. These cameras are made in China and the provided software is terrible, bordering on usable. I never could get the monitoring software to work on a laptop. The mobile app worked but was just okay. I'm a fan of voting with my dollars and given the obvious quality issues Dericam won't get another penny from me. Invest your money elsewhere with better quality even if it costs a little more.

Set up was simple
The only problem I have had , it the sound has never worked ? Tech support , any suggestions?

It works--always.
Have had 3 of their units for more than 3 years now. They work 100% in all kinds of weather (rain/snow), and sub-zero temps. PTZ always functional, and, yes, law enforcement has used them twice to solve crimes. The support is very organized, fast, and responsive. In that department, Amber is really, really, good. I recommend this company without any reservations.

Great Camera
This is our second camera; we purchased the 960P about 2 years ago and purchased this 1080P a few weeks ago. Picture is good. Mostly black and white at night, color in daytime. When hanging make sure to hang high enough; we did not hang ours high enough to see the face of whomever is at the door so had to hang again. Impressed with viewing angle and ability to adjust viewing angles from phone.
