Best locking stitch markers, in my opinion
These are the best locking stitch markers. Supple and easy to lock/unlock. I bought 2 packages to add to my others as I can't find them locally. I just wish they came in multiple colors - I'd purchase more.

Stitch markers
Great stitch markers, that I use for keeping track of the number of stitches I crocheted. Great value, great colors.

Clover products are always well-made
Well-made and should last a long time. I still have my old set of these, but one of my projects needs a lot more markers, so I bought a second set. The markers clip on, kind of like a safety pin, and can be moved wherever you need them.

My favorite stitch markers for knitting and crochet
I have used the Clover Lock Ring Markers for over 10 years, now. They work with knit or crochet projects, and I appreciate that versatility. Since I do both crafts I prefer accessories that cross different craft needs. The markers are sturdy,, but not heavy. I have not had one break on me, yet. Easy to open, easy to close, and they stay where you put them. When I teach someone to knit or crochet I always give them a pack of these to carry in their tool kit, since I know that having the right tools can make or break someone who is just starting to learn their new craft. That's how much I rely on these markers. I will continue to purchase, use and gift these markers in the future. A+++

Great sturdy markers
I love the safety pin style markers. These are very sturdy and easy to use. They work great and stay closed. They are bigger than my ones I currently use which makes them easier to attach and easier to remove. Definitely recommend getting these.

A consistently good product.
For knitting and crochet, locking stitch markers are a must and Clovers work consistently. They are far more expensive than the giant $.49 packs I also saw advertised, but I craft way too hard to buy nonsense. These can be easily opened and closed with one hand once you're done it a few times. I wish they came in more colors so I could identify my LHS vs. RHS and increases vs. decreases - I make a lot of garments that use leaning increases and it would be really nice to know at a glance what I am looking at. Lightbulb! I'm going to paint the heads on half of each color with a different color of nail polish - that way I will have 4 colors! A little work yes, but it will give me what I need. These are sturdy, precision markers. You will be able to mark stitches in socks or small amigurumi without splitting your yarn or stitches so you will be pleased with their functionality. I'm just bummed about the color choices.

WHERE HAVE THESE BEEN ALL MY CROCHETING LIFE?
Or maybe the more appropriate question is, Where have I been? With my head in the sand?! I've been crocheting for over 30 years and yet somehow or other managed to NOT know what a stitch/ring marker is. And before you ask, YES I really did think that all my fellow crocheters were out there doing just as I always did: counting those rows. Then counting them again. Then recounting. Arghh! Oh well, at least I can look forward to a much easier way of counting for the NEXT 30 years: stitch markers! Woohoo! Apparently there are different kinds, and just as apparently many of them are not liked much by crocheters. So I did what I always do when it comes to my beloved Amazon: READ THE REVIEWS! Thank you, thank you, all my fellow crocheters out there, for taking the time to review something as seemingly small and insignificant as a stitch marker - because people like me truly do count on people like you! I bought these based on the reviews and I've been marking my little heart out ever since. They are well made, simple to use, and EXTREMELY helpful. Plus - they don't lose count (like I quite often did!) If you mark Row 20, it's STILL on Row 20 next time you check - lol. Love them!

A mi me gustan muncho. Ideales para trabajos apretados con algodón para ganchillo del nº del 2,5 al 4

Sturdy little stitch markers, really useful when you want to mark the beginning of your rows in circular knitting and be able to keep moving the marker up the knitted item. They are very light. I have other markers for lace knitting which are more weighty and slide across the needle. The two colours are handy for different coloured yarns. They come in a handy little plastic bag that I now keep in my notions bag. I haven't needed more than two at a time, and I also purchased the jumbo sized ones for when I knit with chunky wool. I would have liked it if there had been the option of buying a little bag with both sizes, less markers. They advise to store the markers open, so not sure if the plastic will become less springy with use. So far very happy!
