Peeling Knife

Excellent little knife. Well made, super sharp and been through the dishwasher a few times without issue. Glad I paid a couple of quid more than the cheapest ones that have poor reviews.

First class...exactly as described. I bought it to cut Serrano ham...and it does !

Just what I want have been looking for ages good small veg knife very sharp

Bought this knife to replace a, ‘the world’s sharpest knife’ which I have had for more than twenty years. This was the nearest that I could find like that one. This is a lovely sharp knife and not too thick. I don’t know why it has two edges as the serrated side cuts most things easily. The only draw back with having the two edges is that care is needed not to accidentally hold down on the top edge. Plus whilst drying it it catches on the towel. However I am sure once use to it this knife will become a firm favourite. It is well made.

Came quick, absolutely brilliant cut through meat so easy. I recommend everybody to buy one reasonable price.

I would give this little kitchen knife five stars just for how comfortable it is to hold. It's not very long which makes it easy to use,and it is exceptionally sharp. I actually kept it on the kitchen window sill for a couple of weeks while I assessed it's sharpness,but it's now safely in the drawer. I wondered if,when I bought it if I was paying over the he odds for a kitchen knife when there were others that were much cheaper but I'm glad I chose this. So far I have only used it to peel potatoes.my main intention for it so can't comment on other use. It appears to be dishwasher safe.

Bought as a scallop cutting knife perfect

Please take care, bottom part perfect, but I find I cannot cope with top blade. I am so used to pressing on top of knife, which with this is clearly proving too dangerous for me to use. I think it ought to come with a protective cover for the side not in use. Otherwise, cannot fault the quality etc

Lame a double tranchant, très tranchante et polyvalente.

Ser puede idea como pelador o como cuchillo, simplemente hay que retirar el alambre. Permite dos grosores de corte con la colocación del sobre en la primera o segunda vuelta sobre el filo del cuchillo. Afilado si, pero no tanto como dice el fabricante. Veremos la estabilidad del filo con el tiempo...
