Clairvoyance Paperback – August 3, 2009

As with all Leadbeater's work, Clairvoyance is exceptionally well-explained. He teases apart the various types and nuances and the average reader (like myself) can readily develop an understanding for the different types due to the numerous examples he uses. Leadbeater explains why a cautionary approach needs be had when taking note of clairvoyant experiences - how credible are they, and why might they not be credible? The book ends with a clear explanation of how to (and how not to) develop clairvoyance and like all matters relating to spiritual development along the Path, there are no magic shortcuts, just diligent application built on an expanding understanding of theosophy. Very well worth reading and retaining for reference but a basic understanding of theosophical material is an expectation that Leadbeater mentions more than once.

Leadbeater offers a deeper understanding of our natural gifts with humble observations I found insightful as well as useful in my ongoing development.

Whether the one seeking knowledge is a learner or strictly a browser, if you would, knowledge adds to one’s horizons. This enlightening book opens rooms for speculations and closes doors of wonders. For those wondering about that type of realm, this book serves as a great guide. Interesting read!

Easy to read. Gives a good understanding of the subject. This book shares different methods used for clairvoyance. Author kept me reading.

Great Read and thorough break down. I would suggest it as an intricate and necessary understanding for deeper occult development.

The usual stuff. Haven't ever read it all. Might be more interesting if I actually believed in this stuff. So if you do believe take my review of this with a grain of salt. It might be right up your ally.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I've enjoyed everything that I have read of Leadbeater so far. Would recommend to anyone interested in the subject.

I think I'm a bit too 'clay handed' for this level of information.Probably a better buy for more experienced mediums.

The author has definitely explained some aspects very well in the book which were quite new to me. This is not a comprehensive book on Clairvoyance but an assortment of some of key concepts. Good for people who are new as well as those who have some understanding of the subject. So aspects were just about ok and not explained in detail and that remains a bit of lacuna in the book. Overall an ok read.

If you don't know what is clairvoyance and you want to read about it is okay, this book just keeps talking about examples and some people who experiences some thigs, but it just keeps talking about what for me are just random experiences of people that doesn't lead to anywhere, just a waste of time
