Effective but Scoop not consistently included
Bought as fat loss and muscle building supplement according to a reputable study. It helped. Tastes bitter in water and alters the taste of smoothies. However, I welcomed the change in my protein shakes bc they're usually too sweet for me from artificial sugars. It cuts down on the after taste and the sweetness. Also drank it mixed with OJ alone and still palatable. Needs to be shaken vigorously as it tends to clump when stirred. My 1st container didn't come with a scoop but the 2nd one did. Weird.

Easy to use
3000 milligrams daily is the therapeutic dose. This does the job.

So far....Great!
The product seems to be giving results.... BUT, I smells like someone without deodorant on when mixed. Horrible smell.... almost unable to drink it due to the smell when mixed.

Miracle Supplement — Tastes Like Crap — Works Like Magic
Tony Horton is the trainer who created P90X program. After becoming very ill and losing much of his muscle mass, he researched potential remedies. Watching his discoveries on CNBC piqued my interest. I have exercised most of my life but approaching 50 found myself overweight and suffering from aches, pains, digestive issues, psoriasis, and sleep issues. My first step was to change from the standard American diet to the Primal Diet recommenced by Mark Sisson. Changed my workout regime to 4 days a week X3 Bar resistance training and 2 days a week using Johnson & Johnson 7 Minute Workout app. This got me 12 lbs lighter and feeling much better after 4 months. Added this product per recommendation of Horton and writhing 2 months lost 13 lbs. while increasing muscle strength and endurance. Needless to say all of my chronic medical issues resolved themselves with this overall lifestyle change but this product really makes me look and feel younger. I am in as good shape now as I was playing sports in high school. The taste is truly horrible — like eating rocks — but the results are real and it is less than $1 per day per serving — way cheaper than protein powders. I highly recommend it.

Good product but the contents are 1/4 full.
This product is good however, it's very stingy on the contents. The taste is comparable to crushed aspirin, but when added to a shake, juice or tea the taste is better. They also, do not include a scoop which would make it so much easier to measure it out. I have purchased again because it has helped me, hoping they add more to the container and a scoop.
