If you want a good sounding mic that doesn't break the bank this is a pretty good mic. Might not have the cool RGB but sounds pretty good for a budget mic.

This is a great starting mic. Small, portable, easy to handle and mount. I broke the main fastener by making it too tight (be careful). Maono was quick to offer a replacement piece through Amazon, and their customer support was very helpful (contact them directly, not through Amazon). Thank you, Ray. :)

This MAONO USB microphone is seriously impressive. I bought this years ago and I’m coming back to write a review. I never made any upgrades. Still use the same cover, same mic stand, same cable and years later the audio quality is great. Never had an issue never any feedback. My only complaint which other models I think have is there’s no mute which I resolved easily with an application that sets a hotkey to mute and unmute my mic as I need. Over all great mic to use

Great microphone! Looks and feels like an expensive mic. I appreciate that it comes with a foam cover, pop filter, and adjustable arm base. It’s also very easy to use. It’s a plug and play mic so you don’t have to download or buy any additional interfaces to get quality sound from it. And it does produce quality sound. I received so many compliments about how great/professional my audio sounded (I use the microphone for work and audio recordings). Unfortunately, 2 weeks into using the microphone, I started having issues with subtle white noise. After I failed to isolate and troubleshoot the issue myself, I reached out to Maono’s support and they were very responsive. They also attempted to help me figure out what was going on with my audio and when we could not resolve the white noise issues, they sent me a brand new microphone as a replacement. I found this very generous of them as I was only asking for a replacement cable. So while I might have received a defective product, their support staff’s responsiveness and willingness to help me resolve my issues despite my Amazon return window lapsing earns them 5 stars. So thankful that this company stands behind their products and are willing and able to make things right. *just a note: I think their support staff may be located outside the country… only because they would usually email me back in the middle of the night for me. Otherwise, we had no issues communicating.

It’s a fine microphone. The stand is what holds the whole thing back. It’s wobbly, the foam thing that grips your desk falls off, it doesn’t extend far enough, it’s loud, etc.

Good but little poor mic sounding and no mute button

The mic worked perfectly and was clear, it just wasn't compatible with my desk. So I asked for a return and within 3 days my refund had already been accepted and complete, no issues at all, with the funds in my bank account. Amazing behaviour that signifies a company that cares about customers.
