I Love Cross Stitch – Dragons & Unicorns: 8 Fantasy creatures to stitch

I really like the projects and they are just intricate enough to challenge a beginner.

Better picture on the ad than in the book. Will be fair to stitch, but could have had better instructions and photos.

Some of the most beautiful designs I've ever seen. Each design seems to have a personality of their own. Makes you think they are going to jump off the page. The colors are fabulous which makes the patterns really your attention. Can't wait to stitch each one, the predicament is which one to stitch first. They're all so beautiful you think if you wait the other designs won't be there if you don't stitch each one first.

Item is as described. It was fun doing it, but takes your concentration on some bits or you will have to redo some. It is not a "do to clear your mind" kind of item.

On the regular kindle the photos are of course black and white. It also has a select and download? for the actual patterns - how would that be accomplished on the kindle? Also no way to print out instructions and patterns.

The patterns are all clear and well marked so they are easy to follow. I have not done any of the projects yet, but I am looking forward to starting.

I got this because I thought the patterns would be fun to do. But the patterns aren't in the book. Just links to the patterns... And the links don't work!

I can't tell you how much I loathe coloured charts. If I had known this was not a black and white symbol book I would not have bought it. I cannot use any of the charts in this book

Nice patterns featuring: 2 dragons, 2 Chinese dragons, 2 unicorns, 1 phoenix and 1 "mythical beast" that is a sort of horse with fishes tail taken from a medieval design. The patterns are easy enough to follow with full colour charts. It does not tell you how much thread you need for each colour or design which would be useful if you did not want to buy whole new skeins. Also some of the patterns use beads and metallic threads as well as cross stitch.

Don't bother buying the kindle edition it doesn't have access to the charted patterns. Waste of money

Great book, and value for money.

The cross stitch patterns were not bad but the load of gaming stuff at the begging was a waste of paper

Brilliant product and wish it was bigger with more in it, but i cannot fault it and i already have my next order in mind
