Good and very fast service.
Installation and activation was done in just 12 hours the person who came was very friendly at ₹775 i got the box remote and 1 month of recharge free recommending to all who wants a secondary connection. For the same things the local cable operator was charging ₹1500..

Awesome, same day installed, up n running.
Great price of 535rp for a second connection. But what was really fantastic was that it was installed, up n running within a few hours. I definitely recommend the Seller and the product.

Third class seller, dth set up box
Third class seller, didn't take any responsibility, still after 15 days didn't make my recharge, so I paid 2 times for the same product, ones in Amazon. And tata sky all so charge for the product, (it was not for installation for product) they said Amazon seller will cradit your money,,,but the seller agrees with this, but they did nothing to solve, after 7 days today he gives his wapp number ..why will I ask him ?, he didn't know what to do? Actually Amazon's name will be down for this kind of seller, but Amazon catomer care was great I have no complain with them

Product is what I have expected
There is some issue with software as some times audio is not coming properly for HD channels. Need to restart set top box or change to SD channels for a while to fix the issue.
