Would love to give this faucet 5 stars
We Love the look of the faucet! And it’s certainly worth the price. We would love to give it 5 stars but can’t because of a few issues.1. When it comes to connecting the water lines I had a few issues. First off I’m not plumber but that has never stopped me before so if you’re a plumber you may not agree with the problems I ran into installing this faucet on my new countertop. a. You can’t pre-tighten the water lines as the locking collar used to hold the faucet in place won’t slide over all 3 lines (Hot water, Cold water & Faucet head) if the water lines are already connected. So this requires you to slide the locking collar over the lines before you can attempt to tighten the water lines, which if you have a granite counter makes it almost impossible to do. Which brings me to the next issue. b. The copper lines that are pre-connected to the faucet for the Hot and Cold water connections are not long enough to come below the locking collar so again makes it almost impossible to get the water line connections tightened down. c. The faucet drips water if the on/off handle is not positioned directly up and down.Don’t get me wrong this is a beautiful faucet and goes great with our new countertops and new black granite sink. The installation took a lot longer than it should have because of the issues I listed above. There's really easy fixes to my installation issues, with a couple simple adjustments to the length of the Hot and Cold water connections. Make each one about an inch and a half longer. So even if you have a deep sink like mine you can still get a wrench on the connections to ensure their tight with no possibility of leaks.

Great value if you’re willing to put in a little extra work
For the price I am happy with this faucet. I wouldn’t say I am impressed with the directions whatsoever. It is a bit amusing to read their terrible English but hey, it’s not that hard to figure out how to install one of these. I did have to drill a bigger hole in my counter for it to fit. That was the biggest frustration. The copper that connects to the water hoses do not move and can be hard to maneuver into the pre-cut holes in the counter. I also had a bit of a problem with the weight for the extension hose. It has to be positioned in the perfect spot and isn’t the easiest to close and secure around the hose. But all-in-all I am pretty happy with it. Hopefully it lasts me a while.

I'm in love...
Had a traditional kitchen faucet prior I could never get larger pans or bottles under spout. I was a bit hesitant purchasing this without seeing in person as some items look better on-line. I was surprised to see how lovely they took the time to package their product to ensure no damage. But, still thinking this faucet in that price range can't be that good. Expected to hear screams coming from the kitchen when my husband installed it. Nope, went in know issues at all! I've had it two weeks now and I love it more everyday. The construction is clean, nice heavy quality better than expected. The handle and head turn smoothly. The button to change from spray to stream is easy to use. The only issue we had was with the pull out sprayer. More of an issue on our end. It pulls out very easily, but the way our pipes are set up under sink the weight tends to get caught on them so the spray head doesn't always go back in. Again, I don't feel this is an issue at all with the product and when we get a chance we are sure it can be easily corrected. Honestly, if had to find one thing I don't like about it it would be impossible. I love they gave the option of the rubbed bronze color. This company really seems to put the effort in all they do!!!!

Similar to $700 faucet that failed
So this is a better unit than my $700 faucet that broke a tubing line spraying water everywhere.

Beautiful faucet for a fraction of the cost
Our run-of-the-mill Moen faucet hose failed after 4.5 years. Checked out Amazon and found this beauty. It was going to be $20 to replace it... so with another $50 on top I could get something prettier. Easy to install, even though directions are not that great but I did find a YouTube video of this brand that answered my question. The only negative I have about is that it does drip a bit. This is not continuously though... happens when you used the spray feature. And if you touch it will drip a bit. Cat is delighted at that. She bumps her nose at it and gets a few droplets of water and it seems her day is made. So, I guess we are all happy here :)

Initially concerned about quality due to low price, but it works and looks great
I was initially concerned about the quality of this item due to it's low cost, but I wasn't prepared to spend $200+ for a name brand. Our kitchen area has dark wood with rubbed bronze handles on the cabinets and drawers. This faucet matches everything perfectly.I especially like the retractable spray head that easily switches to spray or stream with a slight push on the button on the nozzle. We've only been using it for about a month, so time will tell if it's durable, etc. I'll update my rating if it fails to meet my expectations. For now at least I highly recommend this.
