Nice Snowshoe
First set I bought came promptly but the box was crushed and the snowshoes looked used. Returned for new pair. After a year of use I am happy with these. Our snow tends to be dry but occasionally it does get wet. No issues with snow buildup, or shoe coming off. Just make sure to get the straps right first. Took me a few times to get it just right for my snow boots. No problems going up or down hills or traveling short distances across pavement without snow.

Excellent purchase; great experience and I am a newbie. Uphill/downhill no problems
I'm a novice and had no trouble making these work. Being a "bigger" gal, I was worried about whether I'd sink even with the 30 inch length. No trouble at all and boy oh boy what a great way to get exercise in the winter so I won't stay that bigger gal.I really liked how once this was adjusted for your boot that future trips only required clipping the device shut at the toe - have not had to do anything with the heel strap whatsoever. I can see where that plastic could become brittle, but not experience that yet here in NH.If you've been on the fence about trying snow shoeing or investing the money - these are great and way cheaper/more fun than a treadmill! Fresh air and bracing temps make me a snowshoe convert.

I will look for a different brand next time
The quality is not what I expected. The snowshoes will be completely nonfunctional soon due to the strap on the right shoe ripping. The binding clips are not reliable, they pop off unexpectedly. And the clip to tuck the heel strap into is not effective; the strap easily pops out. Not ideal design, especially for the money!

Great quality for price.
I am a petite woman so I wanted a practical, durable, yet light weight snowshoe. Deep snow is enough work, I didn’t need two anchors on my feet. These were perfect. I bought the 25, maybe should have gone to 21, but it doesn’t matter, I love these.

Not for wet snow
In the powdery snow (when it’s super cold outside), these were lovely and worked well. In wet snow, the fabric strap will not stay tight. I had these fall off multiple times on a very short, 4 mile snowshoe, and I was constantly tightening them.

Great snowshoes! I already have one pair of Tubbs
Great snowshoes! I already have one pair of Tubbs. Just wanted a new pair. These are perfect! No problems with them coming off as I have seen in previous ratings.
