GOOD
I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO SAY SO I COPYED SOMETHING Of course all this jiggling and joggling of body is caused by an unquiet, uncontrolled mind, in a cure for it lies in quieting, controlling and restful erecting the mind. I have found no aid so great as that of making the mind follow the body movements. The motion of an awning mind are not only very jerky and wasteful but they are exceedingly quick. Such a mind vibrates with the speed again destructiveness of lightning, and the owner simply cannot compel it to be absolute be quiet. But he can direct as well as to a very great extent. By directing the mind to follow the body motions, which are infinitely slower than mental motions, he can accomplish great things to ward quieting the line. By a little practice the mind catches a slower, more regular vibrations of the body, after which it is quite possible still further quiet it to a complete standstill as in making the mind a blank.

The same old thing
I read a lot of self help books, and this one is mediocre at best. It goes over 16 tips to improve your life, and those tips are essentially the same ones spouted in every other self help book. This book stands out differently in that it reads like a dictionary -- informative, but boring with no emotion. That said, it still makes for a very easy and quick read; I finished it in a couple hours, and I can't imagine it took the author much longer than that to type it.I would give it four stars, but had to remove one for constantly promoting his publisher's products. I could have went to the Inspire3 product page if I wanted to read a brochure. For example, the author recommends Brain Ev, but it seems very suspicious to me, so I have to assume the recommendation stems from the $150 affiliate commission Inspire offers on every sale.Overall, boring book, but it's quick to read and informative unless you've ever read any other self help book. Honestly, it feels more like two stars, but I can't think of a good reason, so I'll give it three.

I ordered this book on my Kindle and loved it so much that I ordered a copy of the book so I can tab sections and passages I found most helpful with my own notes in the margins. This is by far the best book I have read. As I was reading I found myself going back to re-read sections and write down the rules. The most powerful section dealt with the past and all the baggage we carry around. You will feel empowered as you learn to release it and no longer allow your past define you! This book will also help you stay on track with a positive mindset to achieve happiness and success at your pace on your terms. Definitely a must read, a real eye opener!

The Secret Art of Self-Development....
I really enjoyed reading this book. This is one that I'll definitely keep in my kindle for later. I think it's a great guide that tells the truth, but explains it in a cool, smooth way and out side the box, in a way that lingers in your mind, making all your fears and problems vanish. Life isn't so hard, if we aren't so hard on ourselves. We just have to let go of the bad things and embrace change for what it's worth. Life lessons are priceless. This book really helped me get by, since I just left my job, in pursuit for a better career.

An interesting little book
It's obvious that the guy who wrote this book knows a lot about what he's talking about in his book. Some of his advice is very simple, some of it is a bit unusual too. There are times when I had to stop and laugh a bit because of the way he puts things, there are a lot of things in this book that is very useful and thougt provoking. He's offering the self development message in a somewhat unusual way but it's quite effective. I especially like the list of inspiring quotes, list of songs to make you happy and good foods to eat at the end of the book.

Awesome book. Common sense, but profound at the same time.
This book basically reminds you of the things you already knew, but forgot about. Except for the chapter on Religion, which I basically ignored, it's pretty good. You have to take some of his advice with a grain of salt, becuase if you lived the way this guy says you should you would be divorced, jobless and homeless.

This little book is very good for that
Sometimes we just need to be reminded of what we need to do.This little book is very good for that.Still it is easier to talk about than it is to do.If you are a person who can just DO it ,then this is the book for you.

Good, Simple and ... Trite.
THE SECRET ART OF SELF DEVELOPMENT peaked my interest because of my interest in mind control. In short the book gives 16 very simple "rules" like* Learn to let go* You can't change the past and* You are not your storyAll good and simple. It's a 21st century redux of "The Lazy Man's Guide to Enlightenment".Dantalion Jones(author of lots of book on mind control)

A Real Feel Good Book!
Given how stressed I've been over the last six months with one thing and another I wasn't feeling particularly optimistic about things in general when I bought this book for my kindle. However, after reading it I feel that I am far more able to understand the kind of issues that have been holding me back in life and have some great ideas of how to deal with them. Breaking things down into easy steps allows the reader to recognize how their own mental health and environmental problems affect how they see life. Karl Moore covers these points in a concise manner in a very entertaining and easy to read format and doesn't ramble on when it's not necessary. That isn't to say that the book isn't full of invaluable information but that it's written with the average person in mind and doesn't read like a text book. I love Karl Moore's books and would certainly consider buying further ones.

Get straight to the point
I personally love this book and will be reading it many more times. I will also share this very simple book. I love the fact that Karl gets directly to the point of telling you, "listen mate, it is really all about you, your choices and the decisions that you make" He is basically saying we are the ones who is keeping us in the stagnation that we are in. Therefore, make the decision and choose to free ourselves of whatever we chose to become slaves to...free yourself from the mental, emotional and physical baggage and live. Live, right here, right now, right in this very moment because tomorrow is non existent...there is no tomorrow only now!
