Amazing Rotating feature, Ultra lightweight, travels easy
I've tested and reviewed a lot of strollers over the years, and I find this one to be one of the best travel strollers I've seen. I love that you can quickly and easily rotate from front to parent facing with one hand, without having to remove the seat at all. It's so lightweight, at just 17 lbs, that you can easily travel with it. It even qualifies as carry on luggage, it's that compact!Everything about this stroller is easy from assembly to opening and folding, storing, lifting, reclining, and changing the restraint settings as baby grows. This comes with a cup holder that attaches to the side, and a fairly compact rain cover to keep little ones dry. Also comes with brackets for attaching an infant seat to the stroller. I'm a little iffy about that, as it doesn't seem like a sturdy enough frame to take the weight, especially if it's top heavy.I love this as a second stroller, for taking along while traveling, or times when you may have to carry it around on a bus or subway.

Don’t buy this stroller it sucks
First thing that this stroller lacks is the seat, it’s small and very narrow. My 16 month old son barely fit but what didn’t fit were his shoulders so therefore he could never recline and sleep because his shoulders were too wide for the narrow seat. I don’t know what’s going on with the harness but it sucks and just doesn’t work, it kept coming off unless I tightened it to the point that it hurt him. Taking turns the stroller felt like it was going to tip over. It reverses and is light are the only good things I can think about. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy it

Perfect for city dwellers, small-car owners, minimalists
Cyber is a German brand and this stroller looks very much European; that is, very stylish and on the smaller side for American standards. It's mighty well-designed, though. The frame is very solid with elegant lines, the fabric is great, the wheels work smoothly (the front ones pivot), the 5-point harness has a super sturdy lock, and it has a very neat trait: the seat rotates 360 degrees (just pull a lever beneath the seat; it turns super smoothly). The stroller comes with a cupholder, car seat adapters (car seat sold separately) and a great rain cover that is very easy to install: you just unzip the canopy and zip in the rain cover. If you also buy the car seat and/or bassinet, this stroller will serve you well throughout the first years of your child's live, from infant to toddler (approx. 3-4 years). And if you love to accessorize, Cyber offers a matching parasol, footmuff, travel bag, gloves (for the parent), and bags. The stroller folds in two steps: first pull a lever to fold the chair and then push a button and release (in the handlebar) to fold the frame. It folds quite small - perfect for compact cars.It comes very well packaged and assembly is a breeze: just unfold it, pop in the front wheel and it's ready to go. Instruction booklet is IKEA-style (all illustrations). One of my photos shows my 12 month old in the stroller, for reference, and the other one shows the stroller folded.

Excellent and Well-Designed
Heads up -- this is a stroller only. No car seat, no little cocoon thing for an infant, no full-on "pram" mode. Cybex! So you can probably buy all those things separately. But! This one does allow 180 degree spin for facing out or face the parent. Also. It folds down flat...almost perfectly flat...so rider can lie down.Look. With the Cybex name attached I expected excellent design. Got it. So light. So sturdy. Squashes down to a pretty compact size. Great. Ride. Cut across the grass and all will be fine. I don't think this is really one of those offroading go anywhere suspensions. But pretty good. All the design elements are smart. The idea here is basic stroller that folds down small, so you aren't larded up with all sorts of secret compartments and this folds out and holds that.Is it the coolest looking stroller in the world? Probably not. But solid functionality.

Looks good but...
Bought this for my 4 year old who is 41 pounds and unfortunately this seat is too narrow for him to sit in...didn’t get to try it with the wheels or anything else since he couldn’t even sit in the seat comfortably.

Be aware this is a convience stroller.
Be aware this is a convience stroller, much like an umbrella stroller but a bit nicer. It is not going to do well on rough terrain, gravel or grass and it does wobble with a child in it if you try to go "of road". But for quick in and outs at grocery, retailers, it will do and not cumbersome in aisleways. Not meant for all day zoo, park, or theme park visits, but it is nicely made and with great sophisticated looks.
