Great Omega 3 for Kids – Highly Recommend
Bought this for my son and I’m really happy with it. It’s a great plant-based omega 3 supplement, which is perfect as we prefer vegan options. Easy to take and no unpleasant aftertaste like some fish oil products. I’ve noticed a positive difference in his focus and overall wellbeing. Would definitely recommend to other parents looking for a good quality omega supplement for their child.

Good product in terms of value for money. Little undecided about this brand of Vegan Omega 3+ and the quality. The packaging does not say organic and if it is then the labelling is unclear. I can only presume it means it is not since it has not stated which is important to me. Whereas Organic products usually means it is non GMO, but it is not the same visa versa. Although it says no GMO, sustainable, pure etc which is great - for this reason I gave it 4 stars - as it ticks most of those boxes but that does mean organic. Unlikely to buy again for this reason.

They boost my energy and concentration
I've been taking these for several months now on and off. I can definitely tell the difference when I take them regularly; I have more energy and focussing is less strenuous. I wanted a fish free omega supplement as I read studies that supported its benefits for people with ADHD. Really happy with this brand and product. Cool packaging, from what I've read the brand have good ethics and the squishy capsules are easy to take. Highly recommend.

A looong time ago (5+ years ago?) I remember they said they were looking to change the shell from carrageenan to something else, and here we are still with carrageenan - 2025.

I’ve been taking this supplement regularly and I can honestly see a difference in my skin. It looks clearer, healthier, and more hydrated when I stay consistent with it. I love that it’s plant-based, made from algae, and not fish oil, so there’s no aftertaste (no fishy burps!!). The capsules are easy to take and I feel good knowing I’m getting clean Omega-3s without any animal ingredients. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a vegan-friendly Omega-3 that actually delivers noticeable results.
