We’ve had this dog for more than 1 year - it’s been tossed, thrown and God knows what else - it’s made to last. It’s still working great and my toddler now still loves it. For the price it’s a great buy. My only complaint is charging - it’s just stupid, having to unscrew and remove the battery every charge - you have to come up with a charging port - it’s 21st century.

Purchased as one of several Christmas gifts for a grand child. It was such a hit! However, I made two mistakes. I should not have had the child open it first, as he ignored all of his other gifts. Second mistake, I should have bought one for all three kids, as the others were unhappy about not receiving a robot puppy also. The quality is much better than I expected. Weeks after Christmas still a little boy's favorite!

My almost 2yr old has been obsessed with puppies and been asking for one. We live in an apartment and I don't feel like putting up with the expense or care for a pet so I got this instead. It's adorable and she absolutely loves it! She laughs, dances, pets, hugs and kisses it as if it were a real puppy. The remote with volume control is a nice feature. Excellent gift for young children who want a pet but not ready for the responsibility.

Uodate: I was contacted by the vendor after my option to return expired offering to send a new battery. They actually sent me 2 batteries. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem so they sent me a new one right away. It works great!!! The customer service I received went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend buying this item or anything else from this vendor. I would not recommend this item. we have only had it for 30 days and already having issues with the battery. The battery last less than five minutes now before it dies but it’s too late to return so if you only want it for 30 days it’s perfect. Update: The vendor has offered to send me a new battery! I will send another update and hopefully be able to change my 1 star review.

Cute robot dog, but the battery dies super fast. My son loves this dog and it’s actions but after a day or two of him playing with it (and turning it off in between playing with it) it’s already dead and needs to be charged again, it’s also not a convenient way to charge as you have to unscrew a piece to get to the battery’s. But when it’s charged it’s super cute and fun and easy to control so that’s a plus!

My granddaughter loves this thing. Her other robot dog got broken by one of her older brothers so she wanted a new one. You should have seen her eyes light up when she opened this at Christmas.

My grandson loves it. Great for ages described. A negative would be there are no detailed instructions so it left some features not quite understood yet. Also it does take 4 hours to charge and only lasts just over an hour.

Well, couldn't ask for a cuter robot dog. (I have 2 already for the grandkids). That's the plus side. Minuses: Volume doesn't go all the way down. Robot does very little other than go back and forth and shake its head. BAD: The battery compartment on the dog requires a tiny screwdriver (included) and then you have to disconnect the battery (not easy for my aging hands) and plug in the battery separate from the dog. New problem: Battery won't hold a charge. Sounds aren't great. I regret the purchase

Don’t waste your money!!! Absolutely trash. Ordered this for Christmas 2020 and we either got a defective robot dog or the maker of this toy is not very innovative. All it does is bark, play music (which actually doesn’t play all the way through), the remote doesn’t even have a long range, and it can walk a few steps and turn its head. My kids were so disappointed and it was too late for me to return it for a refund by Christmas time so we put it in the trash with the rest of 2020! I wouldn’t pay $5 dollars for this trash.

I like that this dog is like a real dog and a good companion and you can give it to others as a gift A small issue is that you have to remove the battery and that’s a little difficult while charging

Our daughter Loves this Santa's gift. The dog is really nice. It's dancing, playing music, moving in different directions, very engaging. The remote comes w/o batteries (there is needed 2 pcs type AAA). The dog itself battery is a special one which charging with the enclosed USB cable. Perfect gift. Recommend
