Purchased because I am a fiend for hot chocolate and was spending too much money at Dunkin. It's a nice chocolate flavor w/o being overwhelming. Mix with a pinch of corn starch to get a thicker and heartier mix!

Product is NOT for commercial beverage dispensers; clogs every single use
This product is advertised as being "for Beverage Dispensers". We have a commercial hot beverage machine in our office and this product does NOT work. It has a highly "sticky" sugars content that when it meets with water, immediately clumps and clogs the system. JUST LEARNED IT IS NOT RETURNABLE so buyer beware! 6 two pound bags is a lot to waste.

Chemical taste
Purchased a case. Wish I tasted it first! IT is awful! Doesn't taste like cocoa. Imagine making a pucker face, that's what my employees did when they sipped this hot cocoa.
