Wow!! Great quality!!
A bit expensive, but totally worth it because of their awesome quality!! These are THE REAL DEAL. It's a full 50 card set (includes 8's, 9's, 2 jokers and an extra card with some company information). On the picture it looks like the "naipes" come in a shiny metallic case, but it's just a regular carton box with a metallic finish. It still is a nice touch that you can put them away inside this box for safe keeping. One last thing, mine came with a blue finish on the back of the cards. I was not able to choose between which color I wanted but I'm still very happy with my purchase!

If you want a deck of Spanish cards, buy this one
The price is perhaps a little high, but for an import item with relatively low demand, it's not too bad. Granted that there aren't a whole lot of US anglophones who play Spanish-deck games, but if you want to, this is the deck to buy, because they aren't the easiest things in the world to replace. They're pretty easy to shuffle, and a little less slippery than the Piatnik plastic deck I have; I don't know how they compare to Copags, or KEM or Bicycle Prestige (from Fournier's parent company US Playing Card) in that regard. Artistically, they're kind of stodgy, done in a bit of a late medieval style; they are also amusingly cluttered, with various bits of copyright and other random items scattered around half a dozen or so cards. The Jokers are (unfortunately) identical, but there's a third quasi-marketing-flyer card that can be used as a substitute if you need distinguishable jokers. It's also a full 48-card set instead of the abbreviated 40-card set you find sometimes; among other things, that makes it easier to play things like Spanish blackjack and other games that are normally played with the 52-card international deck, as well as being usable for Italian and Japanese card games that use decks essentially identical to the Spanish. In addition, although the cards aren't the easiest things to find (thus the motivation for suggesting a plastic deck), suitable games are easy to find on Fournier's website or from pagat.com.

Quality cards
A little on the expensive side, but you are paying for the quality of the cards. These will not get dirty or fade as fast as the Briscas that you are most likely used to.
