My favorite. Get some.
These noodles are fabulous. Boil them, rinse them to cool them off, drain them but leave a couple of tablespoons of water, add the liquid jelly sauce pack, mix them and slurp them down. A little spicy and a little sweet and a decent portion. They're worth the extra money over regular ramen. Try them and if you don't like them you can send them to me.

Paldo Bibim Myun: The Ultimate Cold Noodle Fix
Alright, so Paldo Bibim Myun is basically Korean cold ramen, and it's seriously tasty! Instead of a hot broth, you get this sweet and spicy sauce that's the real star of the show. The noodles are thin and chewy—super satisfying, with a great bite. You just boil them, rinse them in ice-cold water (crucial step!), and mix in that awesome sauce. It's a total change-up from regular ramen, and perfect when you want something light and refreshing.

Objectively good, subjectively not.
It’s kind of dessert-ish with its apple flavoring. Just not really what I expected but you can tell it’s high quality enough for what it is.

I really wanted to like this…
Yes, I’m army. I’ve seen bangtan eat these noodles several times. Finally decided to try them. Oh boy. Let me just say, if you aren’t too keen on the smell of sesame oil, you will hate these. I personally hate that smell. These WREAK of sesame oil. Like it’s so strong I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. Had to throw them away. The flavor is just as described— spicy and tangy, but that sesame smell is just… YIKES.

I'm addicted to these amazing Korean spicy ramen noodles.
I wish they had a gluten free version, or I could just buy the sauce packets. This ramen is so good, and spicy and delicious. I wish I could eat it everyday.

Delicious!
Just how I remember it in Korea. Pro tip, eat it cold and with a hard boiled egg.
