I dislike the fact that the Lid wouldn't stay tight and secure on the cup!

First the pros:-- I love the colors of this cup. It's a great cup to have on an office desk.-- The cup has a nice heft to it. Not as flimsy as a paper cup and not as heavy as a regular coffee mug.-- The cup has a nice feel to it. Almost a porcelain feel. Even without the sleeve, it's not going to slip from your hand.The in-betweens:-- I knew it wasn't an insulated mug when I purchased it, so I didn't expect it to keep coffee hot for hours.-- I knew it would hold around 16 oz, so the large cup setting on coffee makers almost fills it up. However, I would have liked it to be a little bigger.-- It isn't microwave safe. Not a biggie for me, but if you like to reheat beverages in the microwave once they get tepid or cold, this cup is not made for that.The cons:-- The silicone lid isn't snug and it leaks. This is disappointing to me even though I do most of my coffee drinking at my desk. I do brew a cup in the morning and walk out the door with it. Since the lid leaks, even when the cup is in the car's cup holder, I feel like the lid is useless. This is my only con, but it does take a lot away from my enjoyment of the overall product.Edited to add: I finally gave up and quit trying to use it. The lid issue seemed to get worse the more I used it. It's just a smidge too large for the cup. but ended up leaking constantly.

I bought this because it is very similar looking in design to a cup I use often. I ordered it because I liked the bright cheery design.My problem is with the lid. The lid is very loose on the cup. If it was knocked over, the lid would be useless.The lid smells strongly of rubber.I can't even drink out of it because of the strong rubber smell.It's basically a worthless cup unless you want to use it w/o the lid. Without the lid it is actually a nice cup.My cats require me to have a decent lid though.I am thinking of washing the lid w/ vinegar to see if that helps, and put hot glue on the rim & lid in such a way, that it will snap on tighter instead of just sitting loosely on the top.It's a bad coffee cup lid design.

I have a few of these cups by a different company and they work great! I decided to try these, I like the colors better. Total flop! The colors are great but the lids won't stay on. Fill it with coffee and you'll get burned every time. The lids just will not stay on! Returning mine. Bad buy.

I like the cup but the lid is not tight fitting and falls off. I would not try to drink from it with the sip lid on.

Love the materials and the looks, but the lid falls off making it a very dangerous coffee mug. I got a refund.

I love the design but unfortunately the lid does not fit. It is too big and it leaks. Iended burning myself. :-(
