Good pan but the silicone pan cover snd parchment paper was left out of the package. Would have been nice to get all of it but since I needed the pan I wasn’t going to send it back for the price I paid. Good cake pan would have given it 5 stars had I gotten what I ordered.

Made a Baklava Cheesecake in it. Turned out beautifully.

I bought this pan to make my very 1st cheesecake using a water bath. The silicone liner is what really drew me and it worked like a charm. Upon unpacking, I did a water test and the pan leaked a lil around the clamp. I read where ppl said springforms are prone to leakage. With that said & fingers crossed, I gave it a go knowing I’d be packing the crust partially up the sides. Not a drop of cheesecake leaked and the cake turned out perfect! I’m delighted with my purchase.

I always use a water bath for my cheesecakes but occasionally have a small water leak into the foil I typically wrap around the pan. I splurged and got one of these and tested it out, it made a beautiful cheesecake and I got the silicone pan liners to fit the pan. Took the guesswork out of cheesecake. I felt comfortable taking the cheesecake once baked out of the oven while leaving it in the water bath to cool down instead of propping open the oven door while removing it from the water like I usually do. Worked out so well I ordered another set. I do a lot of baking for parties and am considering ordering another 2 because I like them so much

This was my first time ever making a cheesecake, and it also happened to be my first Christmas in my new apartment after my divorce. So let’s just say there was a lot riding on this cheesecake. This pan did not disappoint. The cheesecake came out perfectly, released easily, and honestly looked like something from a bakery. I was fully prepared for a baking disaster, but this pan made me look like I knew what I was doing.
