Q: Are they good and red Texas Cichlid

My chiclids love them as do my tetras. Does your red Texas have a mouth that they have trouble moving for lack of better explanation? (My jellybean parrots have mouths that are like always open and hardly move). If so these are perfect. If they have free moving mouths (not familiar with red Texas? Have a red devil parrot-he can move his mouth and will eat these but prefers a bit larger. Though he will eat anything lol). I’ll include pic of jelly bean mouth and my red devil - well guess I won’t it won’t let me.

Q: The listing says mini.. but he picture is medium. Which size is it? Is the picture just wrong on this listing?

Yeah, I had great concerns about this as well. The ones I got were minis. I hope this relieves your concerns, but this is what I got.

Q: What is the size (mm) of the mini pellet? Is it listed on the package?

My current package says 3.2 - 3.7 mm. It seems the ideal size for my large, adult (10+ year-old in a 100+ gallon tank) parrot fish. I tried the medium and the fish certainly seem to prefer the small. They prefer to feed as the pieces sink as they are not particularly good at eating from either the surface or the substrate.
