Don’t put your cast iron in a dish washer, what is wrong with you.
One of the five star reviews say that this is dishwasher safe, under no circumstances should you ever put a cast iron into a dishwasher. Now that we got that out-of-the-way, I really liked this pan when I got it, it was heavy, sturdy, the grips where good for the handles when It was hot. It is pre-seasoned twice by the factory, and I seasoned it myself all day, got it hot on the stove put a little oil in it rubbed it in, then put it in the oven for an hour and repeated this process three times. to build up a nice season. But this morning once I took it out of the oven after it had cooled in there all night, I noticed the edge looks like it’s been scraped off, all I’ve done so far is just season it and now you can see silver underneath. I don’t know what that’s about and I also put a picture on it so you can see. Disappointed that before I even use it it’s already damaged.

May come rusted and not seasoned
I gave this one star because it was rusted out. It’ll be a great wok once I recondition it and season it. It’s less of a pain to recondition then to send back this heavy pan. I’ll try and remover to update post once I’ve completed the process.

Great product
Works great, waited several months before doing a review to make sure it lasted and it has. Just make sure to dry and oil it after every use/cleaning.

GREAT PRODUCT
Received it seasoned and ready to go! I use it on an electric stove so have to use higher heat that flames would otherwise accomplish but works GREAT!

It is not ready to use out of the box.
I'm so disappointed with this wok. I received it not seasoned and surface not smooth. So it is not ready to use out of the box like the item description say. I cannot return it because we accidentally threw the box away.
