Great bag for the price!
I actually use these bags to make individual little first aid kits for my grand kids. The pint sized bags hold lots of bandaids, gauze pads, tape, etc. They work perfectly, hold plenty, and take up little space in their backpacks. I use the quart sized bags to portion dog food for camping trips, and will also use to make meals to go. The bags are plenty thick, and take vacuum very well. So far, I have not experienced a leaking problem or a rip in any of the bags that I have used. I haven't ripped one open yet, so I can't comment on the zipper part of the bag yet. I will update in a couple weeks, after my next camping trip.

Beef jerky
I use these bags to vacuum seal Beef jerky that I currently sell in my company. The bags are awesome. I do have to cut them to size. The only problem that I might see is the fact that they are about $.30-$.32 per bag and the thickness on them probably could be thicker. Since they are $.30 a bag that’s very costly if one does not seal properly

Good strong bag, no freezer burn
Good strong bag, sealed well with my vacuum sealer Foodsaver Gamesaver, resealed completely after opening. No sign of freezer burn after 1 year, cheese stayed fresh with no mold after 6 months in refrigerator. Will buy again.

Don't buy
For my purposes, these bags don't work at all. I need bags that are repeatedly vacuum sealable, these are a one shot deal. The only way to reseal with vacuum is to cut the end off, rolls work much better for that and are a great deal cheaper. I feel deceived, in my opinion, these are not what they purport to be.

Works great very reusable
Works great seals wonderful used for meat sticks. Sealed them in vacuum sealer then froze them got one pack out ripped the end open had a meat stick then resealed and put in refrigerator and they stayed sealed.

Great for storing beef jerkey!
Perfect size for the beef jerky we make. Love them. They're long enough to easily fit the jerky. Nice and easy way of sealing them using a food saver. They have one side so you can see in, while the back side is not.
