So I'll start by saying that I have had a loooong journey in finding a natural deodorant that works for me. This product is about the 5th one I've tried. Also, when trying these types of products bear in mind that every body is different. The ph of your sweat and how much you sweat etc. is all variable. What works for one person might not work for another.With that being said, I happen to have a sensitivity to baking soda. So all the products that contain baking soda, while they worked great, caused a not great rash. But products without baking soda didn't work at all. I refused to go back to conventional deodorants so I just kept trying different products to find the coveted 'holy grail' of natural deo. Before trying Bali Secrets I had tried Crystal deodorant which is basically a big salt rock that you wet and rub on your arm pits. I had tried it once before when I first 'came off' conventional deodorant and it didn't work at all. But I've learned through this process that initially your body will sweat and stink more when you are detoxing your pits from the chemicals in aluminum based deodorants. So imagine my surprise when I decided to try it again and it worked. And it worked really, really well. Better than any of the baking soda based products I've tried and the best part was no rash. However, with the wetting before application it can get a little messy. And it is a rock salt so it's not the most nourishing for your skin so I was pretty excited to find Bali Secrets.The Crystal deoderant is potassium alum which is the main ingredient in Bali Secrets, but Bali also has aloe and coconut oil to nourish the skin. I was pretty excited to try it but I also knew from previous product trials that it might not work. This was the unfortunate reality with my experience with Bali Secrets. It did not stop my stink. But I still gave this product 5 stars for the following reasons: great ingredients like the aloe and coconut oil, no mess application unlike the Crystal deo, having a naturally scented product is awesome too-I will say the sandlewood is pretty strong at first whiff but don't let that deter you as once applied it fades some and is very pleasant. Also no funky chemicals like in conventional deo. You may read some of these reviews and questions about the potassium alum being similar to the aluminum in conventional deo. And I'm no chemist so maybe their structure is similar but I don't know. What I do know is that natural rock salts have been used for centuries by many cultures for many purposes, so the safety profile of a product like potassium alum is pretty good considering its long and wide spread history of use. Also it's got a good rating with the EWG. So take the pessimistic reviews and comments with a grain of salt.So moral of the story? This seems to be an awesome product that just didn't work with my body chemistry to eliminate odor. That doesn't mean it won't work for you. I definitely felt it was worth the try. Also from reading previous reviews it seems like the company's customer service is pretty phenomenal although I did not interact with them. So give it a try and be realistic and know that you might need to try a lot of different products before you find the one that works for you.

OMG yes, it's true: This stuff REALLY works!!!!! Liquid roll-on deodorant, light pleasant scent ( I got the "Original Essence" scent, it's light, lotion-like) that soon dissipates so you don't smell like deodorant all day, and absolutely no body odor, even after working out! As a matter of fact, I smell less offensive (well, no smell, really) after a workout or a long day than I did with my previous go to product, Secret antiperspirant/deorant, which I did start to get a nasty stink every day with after 12 hours or so, or by the next morning. I thought that was how I naturally smelled. Now I think that smell was caused by the unnatural antiperspirant effects of blocking perspiration.And the added bonus: it keeps me ABSOLUTELY DRY!!!!! I don't experience any wetness or dampness in my armpits at all, and I am a VERY sweaty person. I am 10 times sweatier than my husband. I can't believe it! I don't know how they do it, but it's true. It works better than Secret in this regard also. Truly a magical product. I figure it is the alcohol in it that keeps my pits dry? If anything, a little too dry! I would rather have a stick than a roll-on, but this just seems to magically dry/disappear immediately so it doesn't even bother me. I have been using it for months now and still have a lot left. It took 3-4 days before it completely worked for me, as my body got used to it. I haven't smelled since!! 😉UPDATE: I first bought this in December. I roll it on liberally, and it lasted a FULL 3 months! At $14, that means it costs $4.67 a month. Not bad! And I haven't had any body odor since. It's wonderful!

2022 LATEST UPDATED REVIEW: This is still the ONLY underarm product I use and still the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any business I've ever worked with! It's such a pleasure to find a product and company you can stand behind 100% because of quality, ethics and integrity and this is it folks. I HIGHLY recommend everyone give them a try, especially if you're in search of a natural, nonstaining deodorant as I was for various health reasons. My favorite scent is aloe which, is calming on my highly sensitive skin. So grateful to have this product in my life and you will be too!ANOTHER UPDATED REVIEW: If you care about who you do business with on any level, I highly recommend this company. It still doesn't irritate me in any way either and I'm someone who typically has bad reactions to products made for "sensitive" skin or even alot of the "natural" ones. This goes on wet, so I wait a couple of minutes after applying until things feel dry, then get dressed. And get this... To avoid possible future embarrassment, I even tried scrubbing it off with a black silk shirt to see if there was any white residue that would come off at all, but there wasn't even a trace! There's NEVER been any discoloration or residue left on any of my bras, tank tops or clothes, even after sweating and working out. SO impressed and absolutely delighted, as it's taken me years to find a product which would finally allow me to never have to use regular, harmful deodorants again! I've only tried the aloe scent so far, but it works so well with my body chemistry, I may not even try the others, lol! And no, I'm NOT getting paid or receiving anything free to write this ad... El desodorante rollon natural más efectivo que he probado.

I’ve been using it for a month now and it was working perfectly, but for some reason nowadays it doesn’t work at all and only lasts for maximum 5 hours and then it leave a very awful stench to the point that I don’t want to use it anymore.

Hay que acostumbrarse un poco al olor, porque no es el típico olor a desodorante (con químicos) al que uno está acostumbrado. El olor parece como una mezcla de bambú y especias naturales. Ahora me resulta muy agradable y relajante. Se nota que no tiene químicos.Me ha costado encontrar un buen desodorante que me vaya bien, porque tiendo a sudar mucho y a oler.. especialmente en verano.El envío rapidísimo y todo en su lugar.Volveré a comprar.Recomendado!!!

I've been searching for a natural deodorant that works for years! I think I tried all of them. I kept getting disappointed because they either didn't work or gave me a rash. Most natural deodorant are based on baking soda and oil (YUK!) they make your armpits dark and irritated. NOT THIS ONE! It lasts me all day long, smells great and doesn't stain my clothes with oily mess. I am not sure how they pulled it off, but this deodorant is a real miracle! So happy I've found it! I'll be ordering some more for my sister and cousin.

Es kommt ohne schädliche Chemie daher, ist vegan und duftet nach Blumen und Urlaub.Die Verpackung ist hübsch gestaltet, leicht und perfekt für die Handtasche.Insgesamt ein Produkt, bei dem man dauerhaft hängen bleibt.Update 2022: Ich benutze die Deos von Bali Secrets immer noch und bin nach wie vor ein großer Fan. Die Düfte sind toll und vor allem rieche ich NIE nach Schweiß. Gleichzeitig ist Bali Secrets ein Naturprodukt, das meinen Körper nicht belastet. Große Fan-Liebe von meiner Seite <3
