I thought it was packaged well. The camouflage print looks great. I played around with the zippers they seem like they are of good quality. They don't snag when you try to zip or unzip them. The shoulder strap adjusts well and fits me great. So far everything from my full size backpack that I carry to work fits perfectly into this and it's half the size which I really like.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas. Sadly, today the arm strap completely broke. The hemming came completely apart. So, he can no longer use it. I gave it 2 stars because up until now he absolutely loved it. I’m hoping I can reach out to the company to do something.Update: I didn’t reach out to the company, but even better.. they reached out to me. I’ve changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars for the mere fact they took the time to actually read my review and worked to make it right. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is due to the original item falling apart. If the new ones outlasts the initial purchase, I’ll be back to change it to 5 stars. Maybe we happened to get a faulty one, it happens.

Really excited about the pack when I got. Perfect size for my daily needs. I was going to start using it as my pistol range bag but found a big rip at the stitching exposing the cushion in side the main strap. If you’re looking for something durable you might want to explore other options. Customer service average. Good price though. Bought on 5/8/19.Update 8/25/19. I was contacted but seller after review. They apologized for inconvenience and sent me a new replacment from a new suppler. 100% satisfaction is there core value and they stand by that, which is HUGE! The new one is slightly bigger than the previous and i love that. Better zippers, etc. They definitely made the right choice going with another supplier. Customer service is too notch! Extremely uncomfortable. Shoulder strap is way too wide which causes it to dig into your neck and shoulder when wearing. This product is not made for smaller framed people. When adjusted to its smallest size, it hangs loosely on the back. The bag itself seems like it's good quality I'd just be happier if it would fit smaller framed people better.

I bought this army backpack for my special needs son who is 24 years and loves army stuff. Because his brother is in the nation guards. So anything to do with army he wants. He uses it for school. And trips. Very durable

Great side strap pack for taking up into a tree stand. I was able to take a snack, bullets, water, flashlights and knife easily up in the stand. I also have room to put my orange vest and xtra long sleeve camouflage shirt in bag. I have found myself using it on the boat and hiking also.

Excellent size, just room for my daily working tools, a headset and a journal. Has an inside plastic covering that keeps items dry. Plenty of pockets. Well constructed and very sturdy. Love it!!

Interior waterproofing started coming off right away. Pack came with a rain cover tho, stitching started loosing strength about 6 months in, Its about as good as you can get for 25 bucks, If you need somthing rugged go with a better bag, this is okay for a man purse, although the stitching will look ragged after some use.
