I had intentions on buying kava-kava to relieve the stress and anxiety I suffer from and also as an alternative to the benzodiazepene Klonopin (aka Clonazepam) that I am prescribed (very low dose) for anxiety and stress. However, I came across this product and thought it was too good to be true - long story short, it is.At first it seemed okay. It did kind of relieve some of the overwhelming feelings that were brought on day to day. Basically, the bottle's description fit my life to a tee, so I wanted to give it a shot.Some of the negative things I felt when taking it: lethargic, hazy, and in some cases even more tense and anxious for no apparent reason. However, other times it made me just not care. I am very physically active and I love doing things outside, especially hiking and exercising. I've noticed my desire for that dramatically decreased while taking it, and I don't like that.Organic alcohol (20%): you'll notice alcohol is an ingredient. I am a recovering alcoholic. The store's representative from where I bought the product (a very stable, reputable store) said it wasn't like consuming alcohol - that it was only in there to harmonize the ingredients. I later called Liddell customer service and inquired about that and they said it is straight up alcohol, and if you don't want to be consuming alcohol you're best to stop taking it. So, that was interesting and might possibly help others to know. One question that made me ask is, "Can this product make you fail an alcohol test?" I don't know, but no one seems to be able to definitely answer that, and that is a red flag to me.I honestly don't really know what exactly to think of the product. I have never heard of any of the ingredients listed and through the research I did I still don't. I sort of feel like it is a bit of a scam, and I will be trying kava-kava and discontinuing Liddell overwhelm. At least I know kava-kava is backed by emperical evidence and tested scientific trials as being a safe, effective alternative to benzodiazapenes. Hope this was helpful!

Whenever possible, I prefer natural treatments over prescription drugs. This spray helps!!
