The kids love it!
Price was great, high quality (for kids, not suitable for adults) but beware, the rubber mulch to put under a zip line will cost you $300! 😂

Amazing experience and equipment
Dealing with this company, specifically Jhon, and their customer service has been an absolute amazing experience. I decided to switch one of the trees I was going to use and Jhon was very quick to send the new part ..I got it in two days. He replied to my emails within two hours every single time and was willing to send extra parts that were needed: the length of the Zipline main cable, 5' cable and tree protector. He was Always very helpful and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this company. The equipment was very secure and safe. We feel certain that are kids & their friends will be safe on this zipline and also that if we have any questions that this company actually cares about their customers.

We LOVE our Zip Line
We LOVE our Zip Line!!! The kids were so excited to get this and my husband was able to put it together in no time at all. We were a little worried that the line would cut into the tree trunk so we placed a folded towel in between the tree and the cord. I'm sure there is a better way to do this but it didn't seem to harm the towel or the tree. I definitely recommend this product, it really brings a lot of fun and laughter and quality play with your family.

We bought the 60 foot zip line and our kids absolutely love it. One of the bearings broke after two weeks and Jhon responded to my email within ten minutes on a Sunday night and had a new bearing to me in two days! He is also sending a couple of extra bearings for my peace of mind even though he assured me the problem won’t happen again. We are very happy with the product and especially impressed with the company’s willingness to go above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend them!

Won't stay right side up
Very Disappointing. This is our secondary zipline and although it came with everything you need, once you slide down and let go, it flips over upside down. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Our other zipline at my Mom's is much better and not problematic at all. I wish I would have searched Amazon longer to find that one again and my kids would be much happier now. Maybe the seat option might fix the issue but my kiddos aren't interested in sitting on their zipline....
