Perfect for BMPro fix
Worked great to repair a BMPro tablet in my RV which had the dreaded black screen issue.

Use CAUTION : The JST connector is wired with reverse polarity for some chargers.
Time will tell whether the batteries deserve a higher star rating.CAUTION: I have a standard LiPoly charger from Adafruit. The charger has built-in JST female connectors for connections to a LiPoly and also to a "LOAD". If these batteries are unpacked and plugged into the charger, bad things can happen because these batteries are wired with reverse polarity and not compatible with the charger. As a result, the charger and/or battery can be damaged and/or fire can be started. I swapped the pins of the JST connector of the battery so to be compatible with the charger. All good.By the way, although I found it a simple process to swap the pins, it can be hazardous if a short-circuit occurs during the process when the pins are "free" to touch and make contact. For this reason (and because people want to blame the messenger when they fail at something) I cannot risk publishing a helpful technique for doing this. However, if you are experienced and competent enough to perform the "swap" then you probably know what to do. I find it quite simple but am compelled to say: "Don't try this at home." The world has changed.

Perfect for the Android pad
I used this in the Jayco BMPro pads, it's a little smaller but worked perfectly.

Beware!!! Really!! CHECK POLARITY
I didn't read the reviews before buying. I saw the JST connector, just like the batteries I have bought from Adafruit, and figured this one would be "plug & play". Not so much. The battery causes an Adafruit Feather to smoke. Basically it ruins the board if you plug it in. Sure enough, if you compare the connector to the Adafruit supplied battery the polarity is reversed. As mentioned in another review, I was able to swap the pins in the JST connector. Still, my attempt to save a buck or two was quite expensive as I blew up several CPUs. The takeaway is check the polarity of the JST connector for your application. I'm only giving this battery a rating of 2 because I feel that the supplier should include a note to check polarity.

Wired backwards
Like all the rest of the reviews say it’s wired backwards
