The Trick to Money Is Having Some Paperback – January 1, 1995

The first time I read this book, I did not have any money... and it was a huge inspiration.As I am re-reading it now, I am earning more money than I had ever dared hope for, and it is still a big inspiration.This book is spot on about how the universe works, so far as I understand it presently.It is not about how money is terribly important, but rather about how to be set free from having to worry about them all the time. Get this book.There are many books of this type ("think your way ahead" as it were), but I think that Wilde in this one strikes an unusually good balance between "you just need to think right", and "getting rich is a hands-on process" (the latter is actually a phrase from the book itself.) If you are so god-like you can manifest a billion any day you want, you probably also don't really care much about money, so odds are that if you do care, you have to work a *little* in addition to tuning into the right flows. :-)---I will add a comment about the reviewer who feels that this book is "unethical". He must be reading it like the Devil reads the Bible. Stuart Wilde very clearly does not advocate ripping off anybody. He clearly states that larceny is bad for karma and is just an affirmation of inability to play the game. The restaurant example is just an illustration of a mental attitude.I must say though that the reviewer is right that Think And Grow Rich is also a good book.

I was recommended this book by my wonderful Life Coach who I am currently working with for the next 3 Months for 1:1 Coaching and I am so happy she told me about it! From the 1st day I started reading it I could not put it down! What you read in this book is full of wonderful information on how to shift your mindset on how you think of money and how to be successful as well! Not only that but the auther is very funny and makes reading this book even more fun and also he broke everything down from start to finish to be very simple and easy to understand! This is by far now one of my favorite 💰📚Mindset Shifting Self-Development Books📚💰 that I love so very much and so grateful I read it! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! 😊🤗😍😘💖

This book is hilarious. The concepts Stuart Wilde introduces are unique and presented in a way that's very entertaining. He keeps you engaged and laughing for the entire journey. By the time you reach the end, you suddenly realize you've been reoriented in a fundamental way. It's about how to succeed in life from a Quantum Physics point of view.Instead of the usual call to stuff your self into someone else's ideas about how you need to be, accepting more restriction as the way to success, he helps you break away from all that. You'll find your self out under an open sky of possibilities. And you do it without compromising your integrity. It's a liberation from much of what you may have been taught.

I give the book four stars because it actually caused me to make some actual changes in my life regarding how I think about money and the acquisition of wealth. Can't give it five stars because for some very odd reason that I cannot figure, he insisted on including some very unspiritual content and railed on political ideas a little more than one would expect from a spiritual centered book. Much of the content of this book really takes too much away from the rest of it. It was a lot to read to just get a couple of solid ideas and action items to move forward with. That being said, some of the book is pure gold. I believe that in hindsight Stuart probably has already come to the same realization himself. I have not read anything else by him, but I would hope that he has risen above party politics in his writings since then and will continue to focus on the spiritual in the future and leave political commentary to a book devoted to political commentary if he chooses to go that route.

I'm half way through the book and I am thoroughly enjoying it. It's more than just a "mindset book". It teaches gratitude along with some metaphysical theories, with some "How the government our jobs gets over on the little guy" insights. I highly recommend this book.

An amazing book!!!! A must read for everyone

I don't really agree with all this guy had to say, but it seems to have worked out okay for him! It never hurts to examine other people's ideas thoroughly, though, and it does offer a different way of looking at money. I may re-read it again someday.
