Excellent service and quality
Excellent service from finch fox. I m fully satisfied. Actually the chair i have received have thick end on one side and thin end on the other side, because of which back rest was not fitting properly. I tried to hammer the thick end but it didn’t worked. Then i left it. One day finch fox company ppl called me on their own to ask how is their product. I have told them this problem. They have responded very nicely and their person came to my house and fixed the chair free of cost. The overall experience is very very good. The quality of chair is also very good. I m totally satisfied with their service. Thank you finch fox. I will buy my furniture from them only in future

Very good chair both for adults and children
The chair works like a charm. Both children and adults can use this comfortably. Even heavy built people me using this chair without any issue. Long lasting product since it is made from stainless steel. This product is received is half assembled though the packaging was not up to the mark. There is a video on youtube which helps to assemble this chair

Worth the Money!
A very good product, early & prompt delivery. Had a problem fixing the backrest which was solved within few hours by the seller. Its a gift, so I was very particular that it should not only be sturdy & stable but also good to look at, & I'm glad that the seller as well as Amazon did not let me down. Happy that I bought it.

Good after sales provided...
The after sales by the seller is the best... The sales person promptly looked into the minor issues and was fixed. A decent product which the children will feel comfortable. Quality of the product is very good.. I would recommend for any one who would be interested.. Price is slightly higher...
