It’s the first thing Intake in the morning. I really believe it helps me get my mind and body up and running. I’m 81 and take care of a sick husband do all my own yard work all the work a wife does,also babysit a 4 yr.old great granddaughter, and walk 25 to 30 miles a week when the weather permits. So yes I would highly recommend this product.

I used to really like this company until they started having problems with extended delivery times and unavailable products they advertised. Nothing worse than seeing a product you like and the company not having it to sell you. Started finding more and more broken tablets in the bottle, but because I liked the product I overlooked that, now with two week delivery wait times not so much.

I bought this after being very impressed by the Frunutta Iron supplement. I usually take it in a pill, which is more affordable, but my husband suggested I give this one a try. Unfortunately, mine doesn't dissolve instantly, and even after leaving it patiently for a few minutes, I still had to manipulate it with my teeth to get it to break down. The taste is like nothing really. As for effectiveness I'm not sure if it's any better than the pill, which is very small and I usually feel very quickly after taking, depending on the time in my cycle. Overall, I will probably switch back to the other pills.

It melts quickly under the tongue with very mild yet pleasant taste, and seems to do the job. Better than capsules which can contribute to prolapse in women. Also doesnt require any water which is good when taking before bed. Very reasonable price too.

This is the best product in its category no alcohol no pills sublingual delivery system and it really works! Sublingual means the pregnant alone reaches the brain where it is metabolized differently than when it goes through the digestive system but I don't do alcohol neither do I recommend it to my patients. I have adrenal, thyroid, and human growth hormone shortage. Pregnenolone helps me make my medicines more effective. I have been able to reduce the amount of thyroid and cortesal I take. I love this sublingal and I hope it is always available. It would be nice if the tablets tasted better, add a cherry flavor to it.

I like the simplicity, no filler STUFF. I should have started at 25mg. These tabs are not dividing friendly, but i try. I am feeling better after one dose, yesterday morning.

I did feel a difference when initially started to take this, however I had the supplement in my purse for a couple of weeks and forgot about it. When I went back to use it, the pills were all broken down. Not sure if I left my purse in extreme heat at some point? so the moral of the story : keep in a cool dry place
