Works like a new one
I've had the JobMax tool for many years. I use it mainly for cutting and sanding. When the motor in my original unit died, I had several choices - send it to be repaired; buy a motor and fix it myself, get a new console, get a renewed unit. The best value turned out to be the renewed unit. It cost less than a repair and the unit I received was actually a newer version than mine. Works great and is there when I need it.

Works Great
I don't like leaving tool reviews immediately after purchase so I waited over a year. I'm a full-time contractor and use my tools daily. This item is a great value and is still going strong as if it were brand new. I use this multi-tool more than my 18v now and it was well worth the purchase.

Best tool ever
I've bought a few different ones, but this one has been the work horse. My original one fried over time. had all the adapters, was happy to find a replacement.

Not durable
Lasted 7 months. Motor won't work. I've bought several of these before. I need dependable tools. This is not a dependable tool. Update: I bought another one of these tools and it didn't even last a full month. The wires to the motor are very thin and attached with a very small amount of solder. The tools own vibrations cause the connection of the wire to the motor to break.
