Good value
Delivery was quick, armrest is very sturdy & well made. The valley or curve in the armrest pad as I expected was gonna be an issue compared to a flat pad. It is convenient when keeping a clients arm straight and still but since the arm does sink into the valley if any adjustments to get to one part of the arm is needed it does pose a challenge at times getting the arm in a comfortable position. Other than that quirk worth it.

Missing essential pieces
Well for starters it did NOT come with handles or mounting hardware so it's been sitting in the box for last year. No handles for doors, and no back bracket in which to mount it

Very disappointing.
I didn’t get any of the hardware included. The stand is not sturdy at all and shakes. I messaged about the missing hardware over a week ago when I got it and still no reply.
