Using this on a Weber Smokey Mountain to hang ribs, the hooks are very sharp, would have prefer one hook to be a carabiner auto lock type for safe handling and secure hang when starting/finishing cooking and have to lift the meat up. Highly recommend.

The hooks arrived promptly and we're just what i wanted. I used the double hooks the next day to hang a couple while chickens in my smoker. They worked greasy. When i was done i threw them into the dishwasher and they came out like new. I happy with my purchase.

I've used these to process about a dozen sheep so far, over two years. They show no signs of wear and work like a boss to hold the carcass up while processing.

Works good for me but for people with small hands it would fill big and clunky.
