I used these twice and then gave them away. The sound is tinny, I feel like i'm listening to AM radio. Not good, little bass response either.The noise reduction is poor. I generally wanted these for two purposes, airplanes and trains. I wore them on a train and was very disappointed. I wasn't expecting them to stop all voice noise, and that wasn't the issue. The headphones turned the noises of the tran (engine, HVAC fans, rail noise) itself into a low whine similar to an idling airplane engine. I can't imagine them being any better on a plane. I turned the NC off rather than listen to that wail.You can easily do better than these.

The first time I used it the wire tgat goes into the ear phones broke off and I couldn’t use them on the plane except as noise canceled. Had to use cheap airline buds to hear tge movies on a 15 hour flight.Is there a warranty on that cable? Can o get another one?

Beautiful design and sounds awesome. Connects to phone every time it is turned on. Purchased this particular one because the ear phones are slightly oversized to cover entire ear. You will not be sorry you purchased these.

The part that connects the earphones to the headband is secured with some tiny screws and fragile little piece of plastic. Not durable at all... maybe I can fix it with enough superglue and duct tape.

Product manual leaves much to be desired. Request to merchant yielded "how can we help?" instead of helping.So who can see this? Product is no longer listed.

What surprised me is that anc function keeps most noises off my ears and it is the first time that I have enjoyed such peaceful listening experience! Awesome product.
