There's not much to say about it. I does what it's supposed to "stick to the rim of your glass " and it tastes like salt. Would be great around the rim of your shot glass of Patron.

Elevated My Celebration!
I used this sugar on the rims of the glasses at the "mom-osa" bar I had for my daughter's baby shower. The sugar was so pretty and really elevated the feeling of celebration. I will totally use it again and can't wait to try more flavors!

Don't waste your money
Bar sugar was indeed in one, great big lump. I had to chip away at it. Then, minimal frothing. Nothing like the real egg white would be. In addition, the recipe for the Whisky Sour was not good. It was WAY too tart.
