Not as nice as others
I use emu on my face and hair. I found this one a bit sticky. It seemed to separate easier than the Australian Emu I tried previously. I've gone back to that brand.

Good decision
While most products have their pros and cons, I think Emu oil has more pros. I bought it originally to see if it would help my scarring on my legs (mosquito bites...LOTS from a summer in South America). While it didn't necessarily help my scars, I decided to research the other uses of Emu oil. I learned that it helps a whole bunch of things, but what caught my attention was that it helped hair growth in balding areas of the body. So, I started putting emu oil on my eyebrows, bc the ends were pretty scarce. I'm happy I did, my eyebrows are getting thicker and thicker each time.DISCLAIMER: I now have to do my eyebrows much more often, bc the hair growth has increased. ALSO, I was putting it on my face at night time for about a week when I realized it was making me break out (I already suffer from acne) so I stopped, just beware.

This is very oily, but absorbs into your skin, and is great for joint pain.

I think this is great as a carrier oil, I love to mix it with my other essential oils as well.

Emu Oil Healed My Lips
I purchased some of this company's Emu Oil about a year ago, and cannot say enough about it. The quality is excellent! Over the Christmas holiday season, I had a nasty case of pneumonia, for about 8 weeks. Between burning up with high fevers, and shaking like a leaf with chills, I was miserable.My lips had blisters all over them, from the fevers, and the skin broke open. They were both puffed up, bleeding and loaded with sores. I used a few of the usual "remedies" that are made specifically for chapped lips - to no avail. Finally, I used this Emu Oil, and the relief was almost immediate.Several times a day, I applied a few drops of NSI Emu Oil to them, and within a matter of days, they were clear of sores. This is one of those products that I intend to keep on hand, as it is excellent for healing the skin, and relieving pain - at least, on the lips!
