This heater is just what I was looking for. A super safe bathroom heater.Now my large bathroom is toasty warm.I spent a lot of time researching the best heaters I could safely use in my bathroom. For me it had to be condensation proof have tip over and over heating protection. I also wanted an ALCI plug. I found most of the other heaters were not really made to be used in a bathroom. This Opolar is.It is very well built looks great and works even better than I expected. I am so impressed I decided to write a review and order one for my son.This heater exceeded my expectations. I think you will be impressed.I Emailed the company with some questions and to my surprise I received an Email from them the next day answering all my questions. I was very impressed with there coustermer service.

This is a good little all-purpose space heater. It puts out quite a bit of heat until the ambient temperature comes up, then it turns on just enough to keep the room warm (you can choose the temperature with the larger ring). The smaller ring allows you to pick low/high heat or just fan.It includes a safety shut-off if it gets knocked over, & the heating element is behind a mesh screen so little kids (or pets) can't touch it.The heater oscillates back and forth to truly heat up an area, but if (eg) you're freezing, you can set it not to oscillate & just leave it pointed at you. (Oscillation is controlled by a switch under the rubber bubble on top of the unit).It says "bathroom heater" but you can use it in any reasonable-sized room.For the price, it's a good value, much stronger than other heaters its size.[Update: the fan is powerful but gentle enough that my cat now enjoys sitting in front of it. So cute!]

Everyone's level of warmth is different, noise level tolerance, too. For me, this heater is great, has various settings and the tip over definitely shuts it OFF! I will say this is not meant for a child to operate or the elderly with arthritic conditions. The button on the top to "oscillate" is not an easy button to push. (Doesn't bother me)As well, carrying this from room to room, YOU HAVE TO HAVE two hands or a firm grip or it WILL SLIP out from your fingers. There really should be a rubbery or non-slip type grip on the handle.Room: it warmed up a living room and kitchen combo (approx 450 square feet to the point my regular heater did not come on and my room temp went up two degrees. On low fan, medium heat seating. Yay. A small heater with power!Temps outside ranged from 0-30° through the winter, this heater worked well in a closed room and an open room setting with hallways attached.The front of it does not become dangerously hot.The noise is low, a couple feet away while watching tv or sleeping.

Awesome little heater. I'm using it in my grooming shed which is 10x8 and it gets quite toasty in there when the Temps outside are 22 degrees. Like the fact that water moisture doesn't affect the operation. It get very muggy blow drying the dogs along with the steam coming from the warm water. VERY QUIET.Cons: has a protective rubber dome over the switch for the rotating. Switch is small so the dome makes it hard to push it on/off. I have also found the temperature switch is slightly difficult to turn if you don't hold the unit while turning and the slot to hold and transport is slippery. Maybe over time it will wear a bit since it's new.I will buy again if I require a 2nd one.
