EXCELLENT - A+

If I had one complaint, it's the unfinished edge of the HDMI table-side connector. It's just a raw (somewhat sharp) metal edge with no trim or protective material. It requires a very precision and careful hand\eye to align the cable or adapter to plug in and can't really be done with the conference room lights dimmed. I may end up using the USB port for a small LED light to illuminate the input connectors specifically because the hdmi connection point is a bit too sharp to be fumbling around with. - Beyond that, I've gotta say I'm glad I made this purchase. The black brushed metal surface is very elegant, the door has a slow-self-close action to it, but still opens quite easily\quickly. Also.. during installation time. Cutting the hole in the table was a bit nerve-racking, so as not to make any un-intentional scratches or stray cuts. The bottom of the box (part that slides through the table-top) has curved corners. Those were quite tricky to chip and sand out in order to ensure a snug fit. A 90 degree right-angle would've saved nearly half the total cutting time for me.

Connections are female to female, requiring male to male connections. However, HDMI connector has horrible resistance and will not pass full HD signal to long cable. I purchased new adapters and worked

Great product and well built. The only reason for loosing a star is because the USB Pass Through did not work. I am not sure if it was an issue on my end or not but I brought the USB through and it worked fine. Also must note that the clearance is very tight. If you are off on your cut the lip won’t cover it up. Only about 1/8” Overall very happy with the product.

I tested every component I was trying to connect through this; no matter what, the USB 3.0 port did not work. I tried different devices, different cables. They worked when I bypassed this unit, so it must have been the unit. What's more, I got a replacement for this unit twice, and both replacements were defective as well. That's three total defective units. I'm trying a different brand next. At least the return/replacement process is easy.

Despite others warning about HDMI port and USB ports not working, I took a chance.... and unfortunately, the HDMI Port doesn't work. I tried 3 different cables, but it is the port. I would not buy for this reason, all of the other aspects are great.

Realmente es una caja de medios de excelente calidad y acabado, para salas de Juntas de tamaño chico a mediano es suficiente con una y si son salas grandes se pueden instalar dos o tres sin problema y quedan esteticamente muy bien. He comprado este año (2021) cerca de 5 y lamentablemente una salió defectuosa, pero lo mejor de todo es que aun siendo una compra internacional, hice la devolución y en 5 dias ya tenia mi dinero en Tarjeta Amazon.

El paquete llegó en perfecto estado y en el tiempo prometido, lo único que no me gustó es el plug de audio que viene muy frágil la parte de sujetarlo, por lo mismo no me atreví a hacerlo es un sujetador de muy mala calidad
