I used many different sleep aids throughout the years, settled on melatonin, more natural and it does seem to help me fall asleep. But this "Deep Sleep" brand I really like! I drink lots of water and have to go to bathroom about every 2 hours but Deep Sleep really helps me to fall back to sleep with little problem and feel like I can sleep much longer, it is hard wanted to wake up, I want to continue sleeping like when I was a kid! with no grogginess. I will continue to buy Deep Sleep.

I ordered these for a niece, who is a new Mom, experiencing serious sleep issues. It is a tremendous help to her.

Tried this for several nights and well all it did was actually keep me awake. Was not relaxed and I went to bed directly after taking this so not to be doing anything where I’m forced to stay awake. All I did was toss and turn unable to rest until r relax. Don’t waste the month and try something else. Was looking for something that was natural and h lord but this isn’t it

I’m shocked this doesn’t have a higher rating than 4.1 stars (currently). I love this stuff! It’s powerful but doesn’t make me groggy like melatonin the next day. I had read a review where a guy initially took more than the recommended dose. I think he took one an hour before bed and then two at bed (or some variation like that). I initially started there but then was able to back down to one an hour before bed and one at bed. Now I just take one before bed. It works really well! As someone who is a light sleeper, and now even more so with an infant, this helps me get into restorative sleep more consistently throughout the night. I really enjoy this stuff!

Fast shipping. This formula does help me get to sleep but, it does not KEEP me asleep. I turn my clock radio on every night in Sleep mode for 30 minutes. I used to turn it on again after the 30 minutes expired. Since I started taking these I haven't heard the radio turn off. That's huge! I just wish it would keep me asleep. What seems to happen is this (I am guessing here, not a scientifically-proven fact)... This formula definitely causes more dream activity for me. In fact, I start dreaming quite vividly as soon as I fall asleep. Most of the time, these dreams are intense enough (good and bad) to wake me. I sometimes wake up from one of these within 10 to 15 minutes after going to bed. This is not enough of a deterent to stop taking these; the fact that I fall asleep so quickly is greatly welcome. It also helps "some" throughout the night but does not keep me asleep as well as I would like. The best thing I've tried so far (my doctor gave me a prescrip for Ambien but I refuse to take it.

74 yro 👁🐝 I've tried everything! Give it 3-4 days like the directions say ! Funny thing is, even the first night GOOD SLEEP / GREAT DREAMS ! Four nights in & I'm a FAN ‼️ Took a nap the other day without & Nightmares along waking in a hour 1/2 hr.! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 🫵🏻‼️
