Easy to use.
These are very easy to programme partly the reason why I bought one, but I have had one of these for years until it stopped working recently. I know they are a reliable make.

Programming competency
Another reviewer said they packed it into the box and returned the lot. I can understand that. It’s a nightmare, not for the feint hearted. The instructions are limited, and assume some knowledge of the product. After many attempts to get to the 7 day programme I gave up and altered the default settings, laborious but doable.

Simple to swap and use
Bought to replace same controller, which blew due to awful faulty wiring by plumber!Easy to replace and wire safely. Existing thermostat linked with no problem. Thermostat is simple to use and set different temperatures for times of day..i.e. cooler during day when sun coming through south-facing window and we are busy. Warmer when sun goes, and we relax in the evening. Easily adjust by pressing the + or - buttons - a note 'over' comes up when overriding. Holiday mode setting is simple too. Pity they don't sell the controller separately - I now have a spare thermostat in case I am ever clumsy though.

Easy to program, easy to boost and easy to adjust. Very good value for money. Had it fitted by a plumber.

Purchased to replace a broken thermostat, so easy to connect
I actually broke the screen of my EPH thermostat so couldn't see anything on there (despite it still working you just couldn't see the settings).Ordered Wednesday afternoon, arrived Thirsday morning via RM 24 Hour service.To connect to the existing controller was a doddle, simply press connect on the wifi controller, then press the connect button on the side of the thermostat. Once they connect and show r01, click OK on the thermostat and that's the 2 connected and back to working.Shame they don't sell the thermostat as a seperate unit, but I've got a spare controller now if I ever need one.For note, I've had this thermostat in place for nearly 4 years, never once had an issue with it. Responds immediately and batteries last around 3 years (2 x AA batteries). Really can't fault it for controlling my Worcester Bosche boiler and would highly recommend it to anyone.
