Buyer beware
The unit did not work with the recommended pumps and the customer service is absolutely horrible. I do not recommend Louvi group products sold as HydroGen or Hydro Innovations because they do not respond to customer service needs. Buyer beware.

Fantastic company. Fantastic service. Excellent product. Has done all it is supposed to be doing. Used it now for 2 grow cycles and it is running perfectly. 100% recommend you get this and put it to use. Amazing how powerful it is and how little heat it produces.

Fingers Are Crossed.Serious Issues
Im giving it an two star rating with the caveat that I will resubmit another review pending the performance of my latest repair. Great idea to reduce heat, small compact size and easy mount.... but problematic. Owned this for three years and sent it back on three (3) separate occasions. Customer service is patient and helpful, but problems persist...temperature sensor replacement x 2, diaphragm, solenoid, water outlet fitting problem. On second repair, returned via pre-paid shipping label (provided by them) and they returned it defective. Sent promptly back. I'm holding my breath and saying... now it's time for it to work. I do have the older model (Pre 2010). Great idea, good customer service...but unit(s) or internal modules-components, maybe defective. I will submit followup review. UPDATE SUBMITTED Nov.2016. Stay Away this has failed again. After pulling it a few months prior and debating whether yet ANOTHER repair is cost effective, decided to put it in the recycle bin. Never again. Buyer beware!

It's the old model
Great unit but the next generaton is a much better unit. the new one has several new features that make it more user firendly and efficient.

Great Hydro Co2 gen
This is a great product and great tech. support as well. I have had no problems so far, because of the tech. support. I would say one of my favorite new toys.

waste of money broke after 2 weeks
Stopped working after 2 uses tried 3 different pumps . and I've read also this is a the same product as another review said and marked up extremely high. Makes total sense in the spirit of all things targeted to hydroponics are marked up horrendously. Oh well I'll never make that mistake again . BTW if was made in USA I'd at lease say something nice but the made in China sticker on the side made my heart sink a bit . goes to show you . Although I get the concept next time don't use such cheap infernal parts with a new fancy case.

Best product on the market. Thermal Transfer is incredible. Heat output is minimal.
