Little Acorn Hardcover – Picture Book, July 3, 2018

I absolutely love this book. The story is absolutely adorable and teaches a cool lesson about nature. The rhythm flows VERY well and both of my 6 month old twins like it when I read it to them. The pictures are absolutely adorable.I have both this book and the “Little Raindrop” book that is in the same series. I’ve also preordered the little snowflake, little bear, and I think there are two others coming out this fall. All because I love this book and little raindrop so much. I’m a big science nerd, so I LOVE that there is a lesson in the story, too. All around win, in my book!

This is a beautiful science book veiled as a little story. It unveils the life cycle of a little acorn in simple text and pictures that leaves the reader feeling all is right with the world at the end of the story. My 3 year old grandson, who loves to collect acorns, was amazed to learn that a little acorn could one day grow into an oak tree. He also learned that squirrels eat acorns, and bury them for the winter. An A+.

I absolutely adore this book, and my 3 year old loves it too! The pictures are so cute and the words are a fun and pleasant rhyme, and the fact that it’s educational is an added bonus. The book is a very nice size and great quality. Can’t wait to get more in the series! This is the best kids book I’ve gotten in quite awhile.

This book is so pretty and cute for little ones, i got the hardcover and not the boardbook and so happy i did . Easy read for mommy and educational and fun for the kids. I m happy I got this one for my 3 and 5 yo.

Such a cute book! The pages are nice and sturdy/thick. The illustrations are wonderful! Love the story too!

Purchased this book for an Elementary school read aloud. I loved the illustrations and how sweet but informational the book was for the students.

Cutest book. My girls loved hearing all about the life of an acorn. Adorable illustrations and a joy all around. Definitely would recommend.

Nice book but why had a cover when the hardcover is perfect?Not environmental at all.
