I needed a longer cable for my center channel speaker and I didn't feel like cutting wire and fitting in banana plugs so I bought this pre installed cable. It was easy to fit the plugs into the speaker and receiver, was flexible enough yet not too stiff and the sound quantity was slightly clearer. Normally I'd cut the wires and install the banana plugs, but for the center channel I wanted to make sure it was done right. This is a great product and was worth the money.

These are decent cables for the price. As others have stated, the connectors may very well be unscrewed with half in the bag. Just make sure you do not throw the bag away and have all the connector pieces. Simply screw them back on to the cable end. Another issue I found is that I am using these on a vintage tube receiver (which should not matter, but mentioning just in case) that I'm restoring, on which I'm using a screw clamp to banana jack adapter cable. As a result, there is not a wide spacing between the cable ends on this cable. If they touch, outer shells being metal and not grounded, they will short out and cause your signal to cut in and out. Took me a few moments to realize that was the cause before I spent a while looking for bad connections/damaged cables. I ended up putting masking some tape around one (will switch to electrical tape when it's moved off my bench) so they can touch without shorting.

As expected and working. No complaints!

Plugged these into my bookshelf speakers and amp setup, and boom — clean sound, no crackle, no drama. The gold-plated banana tips slide in smooth and hold tight. Honestly, it made me feel like I knew what I was doing, even if I mostly just Googled “how to connect speaker wire.” The 16AWG oxygen-free copper gives great signal, and at 3 feet, it's perfect for shorter runs without a bunch of cable spaghetti behind the setup. Bonus: they actually look good — sleek black jacket, tidy finish, no exposed wire ends poking around like a science project. For the price, these are a no-brainer upgrade over bare wire. Great for home theater, desk setups, or anyone who wants their sound system to look as good as it sounds

I chose these over speaker wire as banana plugs are allegedly better for sound quality. These are certainly easier to use than speaker wire, as they’re just plug and play without any cutting or messing with copper. They’re good quality, very cost effective, and have very good flexibility. I only wish they offered them in more sizes!

The quality of these cables is high for the price. The thickness of the wire, y-splits, and banana plug terminations are all of commendable quality. The banana plugs need some convincing when being plugged in, but I see their snug fit as a reflection of good quality materials as well. I imagine they should flex a bit easier over time. As for audio quality, I know my source and speakers are dead silent (when nothing is being played) and these cables don’t introduce any buzz or distortion so that’s good enough for me!

The wire is good but the connectors are made of steel and not brass, you never want to send a music source though a ferrous material. I had to switch out the connectors with Brass. All Good.

I’m hardly an expert when it comes to speaker cable but these cables appear to be good quality and worked a treat, replacing my old cable which I’ve had since the 90s. My Mission speakers now sound better than ever!
