Excellent, ergonomic mouse at a high price
I had painful carpal tunnel syndrome, which worried me because as a software engineer, I'm expected to use a computer all day for my living. Using this mouse plus Apple's Magic Trackpad cured the carpal tunnel syndrome. I can now put in a full day's work without any hand pain. The first thing I noticed when I started using this is that my wrist is in its natural position (handshake position), rather than rotated 90 degrees to use a conventional mouse.I use the wired version of this mouse. The cable is very long, which makes it reach my desktop placed under my desk off to the side. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is that it's very costly at '8K. If it was less than 5K, I'd have given it five stars. Still, don't hesitate to buy it if you can afford it. It's a worthwhile investment, much more important to your health than buying the latest smartphone or other gadget.

Just relieves the pain....
Not so comfortable as I expected it to be. Mouse is getting heated after little overuse near the thumb part of the mouse and very uncomfortable and cannot work with it. If its connected to a USB hub port it kinds of trips in and out continuously. Relieves your pain from using the conventional mouse. I expected this to be more ergonomic than the ergonomic mouse I had previously.

Best mouse for wrist pain
Purchased this two years ago. Worth the money. Before using this, I had carpal tunnel syndrome and everyday my wrist and arm would pain. After using this, the pain is almost negligible. My hand too is healing.Note that its not your conventional mouse. This is a vertical mouse. Hold your hand in 90 degrees to the mouse pad - as though you are shaking somebody's hand. That's how using this mouse feels. But its worth every penny.4 starts and not 5 because I expected it to last longer - especially after paying so much for it. After two years, it sometimes is not recognized by my computer and I have to restart my system. But in those two years, it worked perfectly well.
