iKBC KD87 Tenkeyless Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Red Switch for Windows and Mac (PBT OEM Profile Keycaps, 87-Key, White Color, ANSI/US)

I bought an IKBC KD87 White Case Cherry MX Red Switch keyboard. Everything is working perfectly and I really like the built quality of this keyboard. However, my right arrow key is not working at all. It's not that it's slow or jammed. It's not working at all. I really like this keyboard, but the fact that IKBC does not check its products before shipping them to its customers irritates me. Also, since this keyboard is not sold directly by Amazon, but rather by a seller, Amazon can only offer me a refund. Amazon is not able to offer me a replacement, so this disappoints me even more. I had such a high expectation with this new coming keyboard and this is what IKBC offers me after all. Overall, I think this keyboard is built with a really good quality if every key is working properly. Keycaps quality and feeling of when typing is also really nice with this keyboard. Overall, I would still recommend this keyboard, but IKBC really needs to work on its quality control and customer service.
