I can't speak for anyone else except myself and my family, but I absolutely LOVE and ADORE these recipes! I've followed Wendy's work and recommendations for those suffering with endometriosis for years. In my estimation, she is the foremost expert in the world on this topic. Her own experience of recovery and healing is nothing short of incredible.That said, whatever she does or recommends, I will do. My whole family enjoys these recipes and is feeling the beneficial effects of eating right, daily!I cannot express enough gratitude for this cookbook, for Wendy's work and for her personally. This Cookbook is a treasure trove!
Wow! I had no idea this cookbook was so thorough. It covers so many excellent recipe's. I have zero complaints. Tonight I'm cooking up the salmon dish! I can't wait to try it. Wendy has done an amazing job organizing the perfect recipe's for women struggling with Endometriosis. I could not be more grateful for the immense amount of time she must have put into developing this book. What a blessing it is for all of us. I also LOVE the fact that she lays out her own story and philosophy behind these foods in the beginning of her book. It really helps me to understand why she recommends these foods and why it's so important we stick to the plan! Thank you Wendy! Bravo!

When you are tired of being tired
WOW! Thank you. This cook book is for those who are tired of being tired. Food that heals. Recipes are easy to make and delicious. Great photos. A must purchase for those who want to support he healing of their bodies with food first and not drugs.

Healthy eating made easy!
I don’t have endometriosis, but this is a great book even if you just want to eliminate toxins from your diet. I don’t like cooking/spending a lot of time on food prep, so this provides practical, efficient and easy to follow recipes! I’m inspired to be healthy, while still enjoying delicious food - especially the healthy options for muffins and sweet treats! There’s also a super helpful shopping list at the start of the book - you then have all of the ingredients ready to go, rather than having to buy special ingredients for ‘one off recipes’. The inspirational quotes are also a nice touch throughout, they remind you of the benefits of healthy eating and help keep you on track! Thanks to the author, this is a great collection of recipes!

Did someone actually test these recipes?
I'm by no means a Nigella Lawson our anything but these recipes range from impractical to virtually impossible. The photos are just generic and don't correspond to the recipe. Some recipes would take 5 hours to make for a simple meal. Who has got 5 hours? They also just don't seem to taste very nice. I don't know maybe it's me but I was so disappointed and the while thing feels a bit like a glorified copy and paste job

Better books out there for recipes
I found the recipes very poor and unresearched. It has more printed pictures and wasted paper rather than recipes. Think she could of done better as she has writen a fabulous book on healing endometriosis naturally with out drugs or surgery. Which is a must by for someone dealing with endometriosis. But thos book I wouldnt recamended.

Fantastic book - couldn't be better!
The recipes are easy and very tasty - the best thing about them is that all my family thought the same and didn;t notice that there was anything different to what we normally eat. To cure yourself you need to buy her other book too - she does know what she's talking about unlike most people. Buy them both and transform your life!

The best book of its kind I have read. My wife is certainly going to study it and put it good use for the betterment of her health.
